In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Motor access to the house (600 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Dommage que la table pour manger à l'extérieur est un peu loin de l'appartement. Sinon pour les restent tout es parfait le propriétaire est très bien et vend du très bon vin et l'huile d'olive.

Io e due mie amiche abbiamo passato un paio di giorni all'insegna del relax in questa meravigliosa struttura. L'appartamento è fornito di tutto il necessario con spazi puliti e adatti a tre/quattro persone. La piscina è decisamente un valore aggiunto, ideale per rilassarsi e stare nella tranquillità più totale. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente.

Das Appartment ist wunderschön gelegen in einem Weinberg. Es ist mit allem gut ausgestattet und sauber. Gabriele ist ein netter Vermieter und macht sehr guten Wein. Der Pool und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr gepflegt. einziger Wermutstropfen ist, dass das Appartment keinen direkten Zugang zu einer Terasse oder Balkon hat. Wir hatten zu zweit eine wunderbare Woche. Gerne wieder.

Danke - Luxuriöse Einfachheit

Es gefiehl uns die Atmosphäre der Landschaft, des Landgutes und des Baustils. Die Landschaft ist wie eine Skulptur (für Kunstliebhaber) und das Leben mit guten Olivenöll und einem wunderbaren Glas Wein ist einfach göttlich. Das kleine Appartement ist in einem von der Struktur her einfachen Baustil gehalten und ist doch mit allem nötigen Komfort ausgerüstet. Wir lieben das!

Excellentes vacances !

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette résidence calme et proche de la nature. Le cadre est charmant en plein cœur de la Toscane. Notre appartement était très confortable (literie notamment) et bien aménagé. L’hôte des lieux, Gabriele, est très accueillant, toujours disponible mais en toute discrétion. Il produit un excellent chianti rouge et blanc. Pas de climatisation et c’est très bien pour le respect de la nature, nous n’avons jamais souffert de la chaleur car la résidence est dans un lieu aéré. La piscine est délicieuse et très bien entretenue. La résidence est idéalement située pour visiter la région. Nous y retournerons très certainement et avec plaisir. Seul petit bémol, l’exterieur de notre apparement était un peu éloigné (mais les autres appartements ont un extérieur à côté).

Belle résidence au calme

Très bon accueil. Résidence très calme où il fait bon se reposer ! Bien situé pour visiter les superbes villes aux alentours Petit bémol le coin repas extérieur se trouve à distance de l'appartement (pas de terrasse)
