Gemütlich 4 - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Wissembourg, this charming apartment of a surface of 63 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a pretty living room of 16 m², a kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

We offer you, in the same residence, 6 other similar properties available for rent!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 16 m² with lounge, TV, a single sofa bed (130*190)
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, cooking plates with a dining area.
- Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180×200) with a wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2: a single sofa bed (130*190) with a wardrobe.
- A shower room and WC

The apartment is ideally located in Wissembourg, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities:
-Sightseeing: Visit of the city of Wissembourg and its ramparts, visit of the neighboring German villages, traditional villages of the North Alsace....
- Sports activities: Hiking, outdoor swimming pools, Alsace adventure forest,

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour, merci encore :) Petites critiques : - il serait nécessaire de remplacer les deux poêles tefal, elles sont en très mauvaise état. Une petite casserole serait la bien venue également. La Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas durant notre séjour."

Gemütlich 4 "Wir fanden es sehr Interessant und auch erholsam. 🙂 Die Wohnung ist Zentrumsnah, Einkaufsmöglichkeit gleich um die Ecke. Wissembourg ist eine Interessante Stadt hat viel zu erzählen und man kann sehr viel anscheauen. Unbedingt mit dem Petit Train mitfahren, da wird einem alles Sehenswerte und Wissenswerte erzählt. 🙁 Das Sofa- Bett war nict sehr bequem und hart."

Gemütlich 4 "Le logement était propre et moderne. Cependant il était très impersonnel. Il n'y avait pas de rideaux aux fenêtres. L'appartement était prévu pour 4 personnes avec deux chambres dont une ne comportait qu'un canapé lit de 110 cm de large et seul un duvet de 135 cm était prévu pour deux personnes. Dans la salle de bain il n'y avait que 3 serviettes pour 4 personnes. Dans la cuisine il n'y avait pas assez de couvert et verres. Le nombre de casseroles/poiles était très juste. L'emplacement était OK à proximité d'un supermarché et à quelques 10 minutes du centre ville à pied. On a eu du mal à s'y sentir bien. Le salon était très froid au niveau de l'ameublement. Il y a seulement un canapé pour s'asseoir pour 4 personnes. Il manque un fauteuil ou deux. les murs étaient nus."

Hätte schön sein können.

Leider nur ein Bad statt wie beschrieben und gebucht zwei. Küchenausstattung absolut ungenügend (nur ein Topf, zu wenig Besteck, kein scharfes Messer, zu wenig Geschirr). Zweites SBett war eine Zumutung (nur Schlafsofa). Kommunikation mit drei verschiedenen Agenturensehr verwirrend.

Gemütlich 4 "die Wohnung ist renoviert und hat große Fenster mit elektrischen Rolladen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, aber auch nicht mehr. Für einen Kurzurlaub mit nur frühstücken völlig ausreichend. Ein gut sortierter Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung liegt an einer viel befahren Straße, durch die gut isolierten Fenster und Rolläden ist bei Nacht so gut wie nichts vom Verkehr zu hören. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß in fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. vielen Dank für die unproblatische Schlüssel Übergabe durch einen Pin per Mail der Schlüssel Box. Wir hatten ansonsten keinen Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber H.H"

Gemütlich 4 Es war gut. Fünf Sterne gäbe es, wenn die Ausstattung der Küche mit Geschirr besser wäre. Es ist nur das allernötigste vorhanden. Ein Topf, eine Pfanne… Zu wenig Besteck und Geschirr, um tatsächlich die Spülmaschine auch nur halb voll zu bekommen, bevor man sie einschaltet. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer gibt es nur eine Schlafcouch. Ein Bett wäre besser.
