Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, fondue Set (cheese)). On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (1 x 150 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC, bath/shower/WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Beautiful views

Beautiful views and closer to the train station. It is a tad steep walking to and from the train station but that is also to be expected since everything is a climb in Switzerland.

Dream vacation home

Very nice, clean, roomy home with a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a cozy living area to sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful window view. Made use of the separate washing machine and the separate dryer. The apartment is within easy walking distance from the train station but stairs are required to reach it. The walk back is steep. One enters on the upper level of the apartment and both bathrooms are located on the lower level-the stairs may be steep for some. Highly recommend!

Pros: located in a wonderful village, quiet yet central. Great views from the house and big windows. Dyson fan was very useful. Cons: Rooms are very small, need to move furniture around to be able to open the windows or furniture doors. Needs a little TLC and paint, with lots of scratches and nicks on the walls, and spiders and webs on a few windows. Need curtains, even if some doors have outside shutters; somebody opened one shutter and saw directly into our bedroom while we were there!

Pros: property located in the most beautiful village, quiet yet very central to all the area has to offer. Great views on the valley and the mountains, big windows. Dyson fan which was very useful and appreciated during the hot weather that occurred for half our stay. Cons: Small space for 6 or even 4 people. All the rooms are very small, you often have to move the furniture around to open windows or furniture doors. Needs a little TLC and paint as the walls are showing some nicks and scratches, there were also a few spiders and spider webs in the windows, and some of the windows were quite difficult to open and close. No curtains at all, although most windows have shutters on the outside. This particular unit is located next to the stairs that lead up to the block, so the tenants from the 5 other units walk right next to your windows and there are no curtains or shutters on that side for intimacy. Although this is difficult to explain, somebody even opened the sliding wooden slabs that close off the window to the main floor bedroom (the slabs are outside) with the result that they saw directly through the window into our bedroom while we were in it. No bathroom on the main floor, but two on the lower floor.

Beautiful Location!

We loved our stay here. This was a beautiful area and the apartment was spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms were well equipped and the laundry room was very nice to have. Grocery and restaurants are nearby. There are some hills/stairs. There was a heat wave happening while we were there. Since A/C is not usually needed in the Swiss mountains, it would be nice to have some portable fans to help when it does get hot. Not being able to move air around in the apartment is my only complaint.

Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich gut, die beiden Schlafzimmer unten sind jedoch sehr klein, die Treppe hat an der offenen Seite keine Sicherung. man sollte eine Erklärung auslegen, wie man die Türen zum Strasse hin öffnet, das ist nicht leicht und völlig unüblich.

Gemütliche Wohnung mit sehr schöner Aussicht, abseits des Dorfzentrums

Die Wohnung ist empfehlenswert für höchstens 6 Personen, die sich nicht beschweren täglich den etwa 10 minütigen Weg zur Dorfmitte resp. Gondel/Bahnhof zurückzulegen.

2 réserves: - pas suffisamment de possibilité de rangement dans l'entrée des chaussures, casques, lunettes, gants, ... et nous n'étions que 5 pour 8 places - pas suffisamment de possibilité d'accrocher les servietttes dans les salles de bains . Les serviettes tiennent très mal sur les accroche-vêtements derrière les portes, et ne peuvent pas sécher correctement. Les 2 appartements que nous avons loués les années précédentes au Breithorn étaient beaucoup mieux de ce point de vue
