Welcome! We hope you enjoy our clean and comfortable private main floor apartment. Located a few miles of the canyons where you can hike, bike, ski and explore. We are also 45 minutes from many ski resorts and only 10 minutes from Lagoon! Great place for vacations, staycations, or work trips. Many great restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues close by. Located across the street from a park with tennis courts, a playground. and a lot of grass! Lagoon, Station Park, SLC, Wasatch Mountains!

Need more space? The basement apartment is also available to be rented. The basement has two bedrooms each with a queen sized bed. Just look for CozyDown on VRBO to check availability or send us a message and we'll check for you!

Great little home in perfect location

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and was a great location for us in Bountiful. Close to everything. We would highly recommend staying here. We will be back.

Clean, updated home across from nice park!

This was a perfect location and accommodation for our time in Bountiful! The beds were very comfortable! Towels and linens were great! Having a washer and dryer was a great bonus. Everything was very clean and inviting! We will definitely stay here again if we need a vacation rental in the area. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Close to many stores and activities. Emmy was easy to communicate with and quick to respond when we had a question. Perfect for 2-4 people!

A great weekend

For the price I paid on a busy New Years weekend I couldn’t be more satisfied. The house was clean, welcoming and beautiful. A big thank you to the property host!

Emmy and I both grew up in Utah and love it for the geographic beauty and diversity. Where else can you go snow skiing in the morning and possibly end up on the golf course in the afternoon? (I'm not a good golfer, so that wouldn't be me... BUT it could be you!) 😂 We love to explore, hike, snowboard, waterski, ride dirt bikes, camp, explore in our old remodeled motorhome, and swim... well, the kids love to swim. We have five kids ranging in age from 8-12 that do all of these things with us. Utah is a great place to live or visit.

Why they chose this property

We own a few rentals and thought that this particular property might work as a nightly or vacation rental so we are giving it a go! It is centrally located to many ski resorts, lakes, the mountains and very close to Lakeview or LDS hospitals, Salt Lake City and the airport. It is also only about 10 minutes from Lagoon and Station Park shopping center that has some great places to eat and to shop. Many things that we hope are desired by our future guests.
