Beautifully furnished modern townhouse w/an open, bright, & spacious interior is just a 5 min walk to an amazing beach, restaurants, bars & spa!
New pictures added showcasing the wonderful new decor. The unit sets its self apart from others in complex with its ping pong table for some family fun, larger yard, being an end unit & a beautiful park space behind it providing for more privacy & nice views. ON-SITE INCLUDED pool, spa & fitness room! Off-site resort available with fee (see notes in amenities).
This 2,500sqft homes 4-bedroom 3.5-bath with 5 beds built in 2016 vacation residence has many wonderful amenities you & your guests will thoroughly enjoy! A inviting fun stylish space w/ upscale finishing's, multiple balconies w/seating, an outdoor patio w/ side yard, grill and a ping pong table for some family fun!

On the first floor you will find a bedroom with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large tub. Sliding glass doors open to a patio with seating great for a picnic.

On the second floor you will find a family room/entertainment/office combo set up with a half bath. A balcony off the living area opens the space up to the outdoors. The large kitchen showcases Italian cabinetry, white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, seating for four at the breakfast bar and all the necessary items for entertaining. The formal dining area is a beautiful wood and chrome table for six.

On the third floor you will find 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a balcony, and a lavish master bath with twin vanities and a shower. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, large window and a bathroom with a tub shared with another bedroom. The third bright and cheerful bedroom is ideal for children, with two twin beds an another large window. The washer and dryer are located in a closet on this floor.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Pool key Fob and garage door remote are left on front entry table. Loss of will incur a fine. Please make sure all doors and windows are closed & locked.
All dishes & kitchen items used please wash or put in the dishwasher (then turned on). Refrigerators should be cleaned out from whatever you put in and any food in the kitchen brought in removed.
Leave beds unmade (not stripped). Please replace all beach items, pool items & cleaning supplies to where you found them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No illegal drug use, illegal activities or domestic disturbances will be tolerated. If suspected will terminate your stay and result in no refunds.
Smoking is allowed only outside. Smoking trash must be extinguished and disposed daily in trash outdoors or will incur partial retainment of deposit.
Picture ID may be requested, total # of guests disclosed upon booking. Guest who books must respond after booking to booking confirmation questions.

Great family vacation

Very spacious and very clean townhouse. We enjoyed the beach, pool, and hot tub!Great restaurants just a few minutes away. Grace was a great host!We left a load of clothes in the dryer and she offered to mail them to us!Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful townhouse in pompano

Great place, spacious, nicely decorated and in great location very close to the beach. The stairs are a bit much, the beach umbrella and chairs are old and rusty

Wonderful stay!

We stayed at this property for a week and enjoyed it so much. It is just as pictured. Very clean with everything we needed. Very short walk to the beach and very centrally located. We plan to stay here again! Grace was wonderful. Very easy to get ahold of and so welcoming.

Siblings Trip

My 2 sisters, brother, sister in law and I stayed here for a week in early December. The townhouse is lovely and comfortable as well as very convenient to the beach. We had a wonderful time. I highly recommend it!

Perfect Location!

Rental was literally a 3 minute walk to the ocean. Property had everything fully stocked. Beautifully decorated. The town of Pompano Beach was hands down my favorite place in Florida I have ever vacationed to. I am so happy we chose the rental location we chose as it made our trip 100% worth it!

Hidden gem

The condo was just a block from the beach. The owner was very attentive. The condo was beautiful and clean!! I stayed with my husband and three other couples and we had plenty of space.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. It was clean and very well laid out. Kitchen was a joy to cook in. We were disappointed that we could not use free shuttle service as they didn’t allow non Us residents to sign up. We had 8 people and there was plenty of room.

Wonderful Townhouse

The townhouse was exactly as pictured and more than met our expectations. It was just a short walk to a beautiful beach and there were many good restaurants in easy driving distance. Grace was a terrific host - very communicative. We loved the way the rooms were spread out over 3 different levels, the large kitchen, and the spacious living/dining area. We are already talking about renting again next year! Highly recommend.

Luxurious Townhome Beach Vacation

The well-designed unit was exceptionally clean, spacious, bright,comfortable, and well-appointed with plenty of room for our family. Just steps to the beach with beach chairs provided in the garage. The beds were comfortable. We slept well. Everything in the home worked! Plenty of kitchen items were present including pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker, blender, etc. It felt like the owners really want their guests to have a fantastic experience, which we did during our 9 day stay.RB

Perfectly Advertised

There are few times when you walk into a place and it looks EXACTLY like the pictures. This place did not disappoint. It had everything. It's a short walk to the beach. Lots of great restaurants in the area. Very family friendly. It was nice having the room on the ground floor for my mom and the kids and parents had the third floor. Beautiful home. Great communication with Grace. Perfect weekend getaway!

Great house in a great location.

Stop looking, you have found your next place to stay. Beautiful home, steps from a pool and hot tub. Great beach just across the street. The house has everything you could need including things for the beach. Grace is attentive and makes sure all your needs are met. It's often the simple things that make the difference like have a garage door opener to keep in the car. I saw people staying in an unrelated house who did not have one and had to send someone into their house to open the garage each time they came home. This was the best VRBO I've stayed in and I've stayed in quite a few.

Lovely Place

Great location. Spotless. Grace responds very quickly. The unit is spread over 3 floors, so be aware there’s stairs. We stayed there for a family reunion. The unit comes with 2 indoor parking spots, but parking for visitors is hard to come by. The pool in the complex is pretty good. The fitness facility is not. The TVs didn’t work and the dumbells were missing units. But, hey, not everyone uses that. We’d stay again.

Clean, spacious and relaxing

The townhouse was lovely, clean and spacious enough for our family of four to spread out. We enjoyed the easy access to the pool and hot tub and a quick walk to the beach. It's an easy walk to the center of town with lively restaurants and shops. Grace was so helpful with info and communication about the property and surrounding area (and a free shuttle). She was also very accommodating when we had a problem with our return flight and needed an extra nights stay.

Family vacation

Wonderful place to stay for our family vacation. Grace was a great hostess and quickly responded and helped with everything we needed. So nice that you can walk to the beach or use the pool. We really liked that there were beach chairs, sand toys and a beach cart at the property for us to use. Having 2 baby gates was also nice to keep our grandson safe with the stairs. We had a wonderful week here.

Comfortable Beach Stay

Property is clean and well maintained. Stocked well with staples and beach necessities. On-site pool, hot tube, small gym and sauna are nice amenities. Very close walk to beach and Pompano Pier. Friendly host and good communication. Only negative is living room furniture could have been more comfortable. Overall in line with value for price.

Beautiful location, lovely property, just a few hiccups.

My girlfriends and I stayed at this property for 5 days. We had an amazing time! It was a lovely space, and a great location. The property was steps from the beach, and had a pool. The host thought of everything as far as beach amenities go, (beach carts, tent, beach chairs, coolers, etc) which made our beach day so easy and fun! The rooms and beds were so cozy, and there was plenty of room for our group of 6 to spread out. Now for the hiccups…these things aren’t a huge deal, and they didn’t make or break the trip, they were just minor annoyances. 1) Ants. There were quite a few ants all over the kitchen, as well as in the drawers. I know this is a pretty uncontrollable issue, as I’ve had to tackle this problem in my own home, but it felt like we were ant chasing the whole weekend, and had to be very mindful of where we were keeping our food (especially since the ants had infiltrated the cabinets as well). The host did have ant traps set out, which was probably a little helpful. Again, not a huge deal, just thought it was worth mentioning. 2) The refrigerator leaks pretty aggressively anytime you use the built-in water/ice machine. This was probably the most annoying because We had to keep a towel under and around the fridge. Unfortunately two of us did slip and fall at one point, which is absolutely no fault of the hosts! But the water on the floor was definitely the culprit so we had to be extra careful walking around the kitchen due to the constant leaking. 3) The dryer. We tried to do a load of laundry, however the dryer was unable to complete a full dry cycle because it would randomly open by itself every few minutes. This was annoying, but again, not enough to impact our experience as a whole. Overall, we had an amazing time. Grace was very communicative as a host, and she also provided us with so many resources about the surrounding area, such as restaurants, bars, water activities, etc. The property had many amenities, kitchen stocked with all the appliances you can think of, Including coffee maker and blender. She had an impressive amount of towels, which was great since we were traveling with 6 girls! And she even provided little toiletries in all of the bathrooms. We loved every minute of our stay despite the minor hiccups, and can’t wait to visit the area again!

Great Family Stay

The Condo was a perfect place for our family vacation! It was clean, safe, and within walking distance to the beach and a delicious restaurant. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, including a wagon, umbrella, chairs, and toys to keep our 1 year old shaded and entertained. The pool was nice for days that we didn’t want to be at the beach from sun up to sun down. Grace was a great hostess. She was available for any questions, and responded quickly. Would definitely recommend!
