Completely newly renovated cozy apartment with a full equipped kitchen, conveniently located in the Waterford-New London Border, close to Coast guard Academy, Conn. College, Sub base submarine and surrounded by great local commodities, the apartment it’s just 2 minutes drive to downtown New London, Long Island ferry and Amtrak train station, 18 minutes to Mohegan Sun and casino, 14 miles to Foxwoods Resort, 12 minutes to Mystic History seaport Downtown, Ocean Beach is just five minutes drive, and the and much more.
Nearest Commercial Airports: T. F. Green Airport - 2000 Post Rd, Warwick, RI 02886 (~ 52.8 miles away)
Bradley International Airport - Schoephoester Rd, Windsor Locks, CT 06096 (~ 64.3 miles away)

Great location for us as we have a cadet at the Coast Guard Academy. Perfect two bedroom with good sized, open living and dining space! Stocked with everything we needed plus there was a Dollar General just a few blocks away. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location for CGA Parent’s Weekend

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment for a Coast Guard Academy parent weekend. It is well laid out with all of the amenities we needed. The location was very convenient to both the Academy and to nearby restaurants and grocery stores. The host was very responsive and helpful! We will definitely try to book this apartment on our next visit.

The cleanest VRBO rental we have ever rented! Great apartment to rent and the beds were comfy. Short drive to Mystic and other surrounding areas. Quiet apartment although at night you can hear cars drive by. Besides that, we highly recommend if you are in the area!

Hidden gem!

My stay in this VRBO was nothing short of excellent. The bed was comfortable, very clean, updated furniture and great location. There were a few very good restaurants nearby. My favorite was NV Bakery, about a five minute walk. Pedro was personable and very accomodating.

This was an alternative to a hotel for a volleyball tournament and it did not disappoint! So clean and cute. It was close to Mohegan Sun and very comfortable! All of the little extra amenities were very appreciated.

Check in was a breeze, and the unit didnt disappoint it was away from the fray yet everything you needed right within the neighborhood it was clean and just like the photos...nights were quite!... minutes from ocean state park, an absolute gem! 20 minutes from mystic seaport and check out was also a breeze. Id definitely come back😊
