Not as advertised and unclean

The rental is not as advertised. The sofa-bed is very uncomfortable to sleep on, it’s split in the middle so functions only as a single bed - not a double as advertised. There was no mattress topper which would have make it more suitable. The fitted sheets need replacing, as do the pillows. Kitchen utensils were unclean. Basic self-catering provisions eg salt & pepper aren’t provided. Customer service were professional. The inadequacies were at first understated to reduce compensation.

Très bien pour un petit séjour

Appartement très propre , bien équipé, lit confortable . On est un peu à l'étroit mais c'est compensé par le petit balcon avec vue formidable sur les montagnes et la piscine.

love Villars

I took the train up to Villars and loved it. There is a cow stable next to the ski lodge and the cows grazing up on the hill. As far as the room, the view was fantastic, the location was good, and the little kitchenette was adequate. My only complaint is that the bed is a sofa-bed, so not as comfortable as some. Still a great trip.

Environnement Et Hygiene

Bruyant: travaux de mise en.place de carrelage dans l'appartement no 15 voisin du.mien (le 14). Un passage de l'équipe d'entretien a dû être demandé: studio qui a dû être utilisé car toilette sales, rouleau de papier hygiénique pratiquement vide, tasse utilisée placée dans l'évier....meubles empoussieres...

Kleine Wohnung mit schönem Balkon

Der Balkon ist das Highlith dieser Wohnung. Bett muss jeden Abend ausgeklappt werden, sonst hat man kaum Platz in der Wohnung.

Petit studio proche de la gare

Les tiroirs du lit et des meubles était poussiéreux on ne pouvait pas y ranger nos affaires. Les lits sont très durs il faudrait des matelas plus épais pour amortir les sommiers en bois, nous n'avons pas bien dormi. La vue est magnifique et le studio idéalement placé proche de la gare.

Propreté moyenne,matériel un peu usé et pas complet , c est le voisin qui nous a prêter un séchoir.brosse d aspi cassée.sinon vue imprenable sur la montagne

déçu de cette location

Propreté limite à l'arrivée, des rideaux gris poussiéreux. Vaisselle pas propre dans les placards. Pas de sac poubelle blanc. Mobilier plus que basic et fragile, vitre de la table basse non fixée, canapé lit pas pratique à déployer et à replier et par ailleurs pas confortable pour dormir.
