NOTE...WE ARE APPROX.. 150 YARDS FROM BEACH. 2-3 minute walk. End unit with nice lagoon ocean view. Completely upgraded. AIR CONDITIONING…Look down over lagoon to ocean..can see surf. Lanai all new with non skid tile . King size bed bedroom and queen size sofa bed in living area.
NOTE: The washer and dryer is a commercial type laundry on property about 150 yards from us. 3 night minimum stay.
NOTE: Boogie boards, extra beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, weights, scale etc. in unit. Free beach chairs, chaises, beach towels at our beach
We are represented at the property by Castle Resorts...largest operator of condominium properties in Hawaii...you receive confirmation of your reservation from them and check in with them upon arrival. .
If cancel 10 days or more before arrival date full refund. If within 10 days the deposit is forfeited.
For lengthy stay ..over 10 nights...would adjust rate. Lower rates Sept. and Oct.

25 minutes from Airport. Thirty-five acres of tropical beauty at sunny Poipu Beach on the Garden Island of Kauai. For a piece of authentic Hawaii, reserve this beautiful privately owned ocean view end unit. We are an end unit...which are preferred as more air flow, better views and more privacy. Being on 2nd floor of 2story bldg we have better view and no one above you so quieter. Contact owner if questions and added amenities owner might provide.
This stunning condo is a well equipped, one bedroom end unit with a wonderful lagoon/ocean view and excellent location overlooking the lagoon, ocean and Kiahuna Property grounds. (end units are preferred--more air through louvers, more view and more privacy) with full kitchen and large private lanai. The unit has king size bed, queen sofa bed living room, granite kitchen, marble/stone shower enclosure. Koa (a rather expensive wood) cabinets and drawers kitchen and vanity. New .2021..frig, microwave and range.
Tropitone 'Sling' lanai furniture, and has been upgraded and very well maintained. Koa wood cabinets/drawers kitchen and vanity...We are unit 239 in building #36, a prime spot! In-unit air conditioning, recently installed, high end ceiling fans living room and bedroom.
Great BarBQ complex near us by lagoon..with tables and bench seating....only place on property for such seating.

Comfortable, terrific view, close to attractions

Fabulous stay in this spacious and comfortable condo. Excellent location close to attractions on the south shore and easy drive to west side (Wimea Canyon) and population centers on the east shore. Killer view from the lanai. Lots of turtles, monk seals, and easy, but rewarding snorkeling minutes away at Poipu beach. Highly recommend!

Our stay here was wonderful. The unit is on an upper floor and is on the end, which made for privacy and quiet. The view was extraordinary. The accommodations were comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. It was clean, and everything worked well. We will return!

Everything about this unit was wonderful and better than described. Clean, very comfortable king bed, nice ocean view short walk to beach and A/C. Second floor so no one above you and parking close by. Very quiet. Host was very communicative and he made everything easy.

Great Condo

Bill's condo is well maintained, and as an upstairs end unit, it was quiet. It has nice ocean views from the lanai. The AC worked well. It's an easy walk to a few beaches. Poipu beach was great for our daughter to play in the shallows and see the turtles on the beach. Bill was communicative and answered any questions we had. Overall, we had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back.

Nice property in kauai

Host was very communicative prior to and during stay ! Bed was super comfy! Fans in addition to family room AC were appreciated ! Kitchen was a little lacking in utensils and plastic wrap or foil for wrapping leftover food items would have been nice. Property overall was nice and also quiet.

Property and grounds are really nice. Easy access to beach and shopping/dining. Great place if you don't feel like driving. Everything you need is within walking distance. Condo is stocked with beach chairs and small coolers if you want to pack a lunch and hang out at the beach. Communication and check in was great. Would definitely go back.

Spectacular location. Condo beautifully decorated & spotless inside. Owner quick to respond to any questions. Everything we needed was there. AC was appreciated! Very convenient location for this part of Kauai. You won't be disappointed staying here! (Oh, and the sand on this beach was smooth & soft as silk!)

We have never been to Kauai before, and this place was perfect! It had lovely ammenities, the people were nice, and it was centrally located for expliring the island. The owner was very attentive with ideas for things to do and the management company was always available when we had questions.

Just Perfect for Us

This was our second stop on Kauai, and we really enjoyed this location. The property listing was totally accurate. Beyond that the facility as a whole is expertly run (grounds seem to be continuously maintained and the staff is super friendly). The condo was very clean and nice. Two things we really appreciated: (1) the AC (our other location didn't have it, and it makes the nights much more relaxing; (2) beach equipment (Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrellas) was extremely useful. The beach is also really great. The water is perfect for learning how to surf (that's why many lessons given at one end of the beach). It's also centrally located for shopping, dining, etc. Would definitely stay at this specific location again.

Excellent place to stay

I would recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in the Poipu area. The room was clean and well stocked, and the bed was comfortable. It had everything you would need for a day at the beach, including chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc, all in good condition. Unfortuntely we were sick while we were there so we did not get to use any of it. But we still appreciated being able to enjoy the ocean view from the lanai. Having air conditioning in this unit was a big plus for us as well. Hope to come back for a visit again!

Watch the waves crash while on the lanai

We had a great time staying at this condo and the owner was very responsive and helpful. The air conditioning is in the living room area so you will need the fans provided to keep the bedroom area cool. (this solved the problem for us) We loved watching the ocean from the lanai and people milling around on the beach. (The beach you see from the condo is the public beach, not the beach directly in front of the resort). The condo was very clean and we loved having the use of the boogie boards and beach chairs. (they also provide beach umbrellas and cooler). Location was good. Half way between beach and pool. The sandy beach is wonderful and the pool was very refreshing. Appliances were nice. (kitchen cabinets were a little dated but not an issue). They have a coffee maker and 1 bag of ground coffee to make your first pot :) Hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, lotion provided too. Very nice condo and great owners. We would stay here again.

Great location!

My friend and I have stayed at Kiahuna Plantation two other times. This condo was our favorite! We enjoyed the beautiful view on the lanai at least once a day! This condo is located just a short walk away to the beach. You have an option to either relax on the beautiful grassy area in front of beach or in the sand. Kiahuna Plantation has beautiful grounds & located in a great location, that you can walk to many places. Poipu area has so many great areas to explore. The condo is perfectly located & beautifully maintained. Has everything you need. Definitely want to return.

Long time owners and have continually upgraded and maintained our unit...our children and grandchildren have literally grown up at the Kiahuna.We and guests love it because it is 'old Hawaii' with spacious lawns and beautiful gardens. Have continuously upgraded our unit. Koa cabinets Kitchen and vanity...told previously would be prohibitive. Newly installed Air Conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen.

We have owned this unit since 1987 and have consistently maintained an 'A' rating from the property management company. In the past few years the unit has been upgraded..marble/stone shower enclosure, granite kitchen, lanai furniture (Tropitone 'Sling'), TVs (living room and bedroom) all Koa wood cabinets and drawers kitchen and
vanity, new koa upscale fans with remote controls, etc. etc. We are continually upgrading and maintaining our unit. We have many guests that have been returning for many years to our unit. All guests love the view and location (in center of property and near restaurant and activities desk). Great lagoon ocean view and end unit so more air flow, more privacy and more view. 40inch TV living room..32inch bedroom...comfortable king bed bedroom..queen sofa bed living room.

2-3 min walk ..approx. 150 yards..to beach which is like a private beach with free use of beach chairs and towels.New BBQ next to our building and convenient parking nearby. Unit has beach umbrella, cooler, flashlights, boogie boards and extra beach chairs. Large new bar b q station in front of bldg by lagoon with seating by lagoon. Only bar b qs on the property with seating. Restaurant, bar, lounge 75-80 yards from our unit. Not open yet as closed during Covid…See photos of it. Before booking a unit suggest you determine its location..
