A 75-square-meter house with a 40-square-meter terrace all to yourself in a residential complex. Please note that I live on the premises; the house is attached to the garage and separated by a wall, with the option to park your car inside. The two units are independent.
The photos of the large terrace show my private terrace, which is not included with the unit. As an added perk to the cosy detached house, I rent out this terrace during the day or in the evening for your events, subject to certain conditions.
A beautiful living area with an open kitchen fully equipped with brand-name appliances (Sauter, Siemens, Hotpoint-Ariston, etc.) and three large, bright bedrooms with Velux windows. A sink in the bathroom and a walk-in shower.
Each bedroom has a linen closet at your disposal.
I can provide several double and single mattresses in addition to the 6 people the accommodation can accommodate.(The property can accommodate up to 12 people, starting at 6; an additional 15 euros per person applies.)
Ideal for visitors, events, or other occasions… extra beds can be set up in the living room upon request for an additional fee.
The water heater has a 250L capacity, along with an 8kg Hotpoint Ariston washer-dryer, a 45 cm Beko dishwasher, a built-in Sauter multi-function pyrolytic oven, a built-in Whirlpool multi-function microwave, a Rosier induction cooktop,a Whirlpool range hood, a large stainless-steel Hotpoint Ariston refrigerator with ventilated cooling—ideal for large families due to its generous capacity—a Senseo coffee maker, and a kettle.
Bed linens and towels are provided.
All kitchen utensils are provided; you just need to bring your clothes.

Outside, there’s a 40-square-meter terrace with patio furniture and a barbecue, perfect for spending unforgettable moments with friends or family in a quiet area year-round.
