Great little spot!

Perfect spot for 2 people. Many shops and places to eat are close by. The bayside is a block away but the gulf side is a 10 minute walk. Rent a bike and have some fun here!

They forgot the parking pass and Binder

Overall the place is beautiful. The lock was a bit tricky (not clear instructions). The bed was very comfortable. Air was cold. The shelf collapsed in the hallway and was never repaired. The lack Of the binder and parking pass gave us unnecessary worry and we did not have an explanation of all of the various activities until tow days before we left. Those few misses gave it the lesser rating.

Great location, clean and cold AC and close to pool!

We traveled with our almost 2 year old and had a great experience! Location was great and the unit was clean and AC worked great. Bad thing there was no linens on the pullout couch and there was no extra blankets to use in the unit besides bedding on the primary bed. It was near impossible to get a hold of anyone to help so we just made due with towels we brought with us.

Anna Maria get away

My wife and I stayed in Villa # 16, it was adorable very clean and meet are vacation needs. The grounds had Lush vegetation around all units and well maintained. Are unit had a patio with a table and chairs right out our door. The pool was beautiful with a lot of shaded areas. Walking distance to the City Pier, restaurants and the beach. I had a little issue during my stay and the and the staff handled it for me with a win/win for both parties. I would definitely would recommend this property.

Construction

Was very disappointed no one gave us a heads up about the new build construction right next door. It backed up to our rental so not only could we not open the blinds, we couldn’t park in our parking spot fully due to a trailer in the way, and we were woken up before 7:30am every morning to power tools and banging. When I tried to reach out via email and phone I have yet to hear back from anyone. Not to mention the dust blowing and noise near the pool due to full day construction. If we brought our kids with we have had to find elsewhere immediately due to the danger and noise.

Very quaint and location on point!

We really loved the location! Just a jump and a skip away from my favorite restaurant (The waterfront)! We really liked the layout of the property and the assigned parking! It really is a perfect spot for relaxing! We had a couple issues but they were remedied in a satisfactory manner! Vacasa help line was very helpful and responsive. The AC wasn’t working to its fullest and we noticed the air filter was full of dirt and so were the coils. They came out immediately and replaced filter. We bought a lot of canned items and when it came time to open some cans we couldn’t find a can opener, (someone must have stolen it because they everything there to use such as these kind of things). I went to a couple neighbors until the lady above us had one, but when we went to use it , it was broken! Within 18 hours we had a brand new can opener on our doorstep and we had another the next day, not sure if it was meant to give to neighbor but that’s what we did! Aside from this our stay was perfect! If a a missing can opener is our biggest problem than I would say it was a pretty positive stay! We would book again in same condo complex!

Property: 2163592 or 62988899 Vicasa Sunrise Gardens #16 2/11 to 2/15 Never so disappointed in vacation rental. Property absolutely not representative of marketing material with deficiencies ,neglect and just overuse throughout. Advertising/marketing material was just plain fraudulent. Pictures of the dank living area must have been shot with megawatts of special lighting. There were no bedroom pictures in the marketing material in order to hide a very small room, dark with makeshift lighting, no closet and an old bed with a mattress so bad that it wrapped around you in the middle. We arrived to a strong musty smell, there was no cable or streaming TV, we found a kitchenette but no table, loose floor panels covered in part by a rug, faux bamboo furniture with loose bindings, and a smelly old couch. There were Safety concerns. A sign on a hallway closet said that there was a Fire Extinguisher within. The Fire Extinguisher was not there but was out of sight on a wall several feet from the closet There were no safety features in the shower, something that as seniors we expect. Cleanliness was reflective of the quick through contract cleaning done after each guest but I wish I could attach a photo of the grunge at the floor behind the bathroom door. The windows probably had not been washed in months or far more. This experience raised serious questions about VRBO and it's desire to quality check products leased directly or through companies like VACASA

Sunrise Garden 16 was decent. The location was good. The inside of the place was decent. The bed was not very comfortable and sagged in the middle. My experience might have been somewhat jaded as we were not actually booked for this place. We had the South Bay Inn #3 booked, but 2 days before our trip the owner of that place decided they wanted to use it. I think it is ridiculous that Vacasa would allow owners to do that so close to our check in. This was our only other choice so we had to go with it.

A tricky one

We loved the location as we like to be on the northern end of the island. Pine avenue and the city pier a doorstep away which was perfect. We stayed for 3 weeks and had a couple of issues. The TV wasn’t set up when we arrived and we struggled to get cable working. Apparently just an error in our room due to some changes to their set up. The Vacasa team were quick to rectify. The fridge broke, again Vacasa were great and replaced it with a new one. One of our biggest let downs was the location of number 16. The bedroom backs onto the bbq area and the side door doesn’t fully close. There we had some late nights with families bbqing right on the other side of the bedroom access. We could hear every word and had to use ear plugs. Also, do not choose a ground floor apartment with a story above! The soundproofing is none existent. We spent 3 weeks hearing thudding of the upstairs neighbours moving around their apartment. This is not us being over dramatic. It was really bad. I mentioned it to one of the resort team on day 2 and they said the walls are thin. Even the really respectful neighbours, we could hear every step. With all this being said we would absolutely stay again, but be more tactical with our apartment choice. The outside area was relaxing and the pool was a good size. For its location, it’s an ideal resort.

Out dated

There was no property manager there any of our 7 day stay. It was poorly furnished. The couch bed was broken. 55 year old nephew had to sleep on it sideways. The top kept falling in. The frying pan was disgusting. There was this shrill high pitch sound coming from some equipment. We all 3 had to wear ear plugs to sleep. There were people up over house that sounded like a heard of elephants. The location is awesome. The bed was comfortable in the bedroom and the shower was fine. But the place needs updating badly and new pans.
