COMPLETE VACATION RENTAL! 2bed/2 bath-1 block from beach. Private pool (heated for small fee), beach bikes included. Linens, fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs & toys included. ***Bring your family and your flip-flops!!
Master has Queen and full bath, Guest has #2 twins, another full bath and Twin Trundle in family room. #3 T.V.`s/ cable/WIFI. COVID cleaning in place.
This is a private home with a fully fenced backyard. Guests have access to all areas, and no one else resides there.
I live in the neighborhood. I am happy to recommend restaurants/attractions but the home has keyless entry and guests wont see me unless they ask.
The street is a short “dead-end” street with no through traffic. It is in a quiet neighborhood, 7 houses from the white sandy beach!
Restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream and the pier are within walking distance.
Pet fee $200
Pool can be heated for $10/ day
MUST BE 25 yrs old TO RENT THIS PROPERTY
**Do not flush any baby wipes, tissue, or feminine hygiene products.
**Pool Alarm on site for guests with children- please USE ALARM!

I am a retired nurse (who cares about cleanliness) and mother of 4 ( who cares about family and making memories). I live in the neighborhood and play tennis, walk the beach, and love to travel.
Why they chose this property
I've made this property the perfect little beach get-away. It is fully furnished with everything you need: clean linens/towels, beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, and a wagon to pull it all to the beach! I also include bikes, each has it's own lock. The pool is brand new and can be heated in the winter for a fee. Plus a BBQ grill out back, fruit trees, and a blue tooth sound system to play your favorite music.
What makes this property unique
10th street is a short dead-end street. The beach is a 2 min walk, on the non-driving section of the beach. Close to everything- it's a perfect location!
