COMPLETE VACATION HOME!!! Adorable beach house 1 block from the beach (0.3 mi). - includes bikes, beach chairs, toys, and boogie boards. Heated pool with BBQ grill. Master has queen, guest room has #2 twins, Trundle in living room (2 twins). Cable & flat screens in both bedrooms and living room. Hi speed internet and COVID cleaning
in-between guests! Walk to restaurants/bars. Visit old St. Augustine, the Alligator farm, and walk to the pier. ***Bring yourself and some flip-flops, we do the rest!!!

I am a retired nurse (who cares about cleanliness) and mother of 4 ( who cares about family and making memories). I live in the neighborhood and play tennis, walk the beach, and love to travel.

Why they chose this property

I've made this property the perfect little beach get-away. It is fully furnished with everything you need: clean linens/towels, beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, and a wagon to pull it all to the beach! I also include bikes, each has it's own lock. The pool is brand new and can be heated in the winter for a fee. Plus a BBQ grill out back, fruit trees, and a blue tooth sound system to play your favorite music.

What makes this property unique

10th street is a short dead-end street. The beach is a 2 min walk, on the non-driving section of the beach. Close to everything- it's a perfect location!
