Ocean View Third Row Home

This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is tastefully decorated with a beautiful coffee porch off of the primary bedroom, king in upstairs primary, 2 twin beds upstairs and queen in downstairs, large wrap around porch screened in the back. TVs in all bedrooms. OLED TV in living room. Great views 50 yard walk to the beach. Kayaks available for use. Fenced in back yard. This is third row home in the middle of two really nice beach accesses. Dog friendly for up to 2 dogs medium size.

We do have a gas grill and a charcoal grill.

A Happy Thanksgiving!

My family and I had an excellent stay and enjoyed our annual Thanksgiving at the beach. The property was just as described and absolutley perfect for our family get away. We would definitly stay here again.

Anniversary Getaway

Cozy and lovely home on Oak Island in great location

We really enjoyed our stay. We love Oak Island. Location is great and community was super quiet and low traffic this time of year. Enjoyed walks on the beach and across the marsh walk. Hope to return again and do some paddling. Home has everything you need for a relaxing and fun stay at OI.

Can’t recommend enough

This is the best house we have stayed at so far at Oak Island. Super clean and feels very homey. Would highly recommend the golf cart as well, makes for a much more fun stay. Seriously can’t recommend this house enough, only place where I could absolutely see us coming back to.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property.

Overall, we had a great time and property was as portrayed in both words and pictures. A couple of very minor hiccups but nothing to diminish our enjoyment and would not hesitate to stay here on future trips. A great experience and loved Oak Island and the Southport area. Easy walk to beach which we enjoyed daily. Owner reached out during stay to make sure all was well which I appreciated.

Great Long Weekend Getaway!

Renting property was easy but a bit expensive with all the fees. Check out required take trash out, run dishwasher, wash towels, and strip sheets from beds and leaving on laundry floor. Was charged cleaning fee so didn’t think I should be required to do these chores before departure. Beautiful home and very comfortable stay.

It was very good. But we did not take notice when booking that it was a pet place and we have 2 asthma sufferers. But they survived 😊quite well with a mild reaction. Would certainly recommend it to our dog 🐕 loving friends

Overall the house was nice. A few things I thought could have been better. The master bath tub was very high and I felt was not safe for getting in and out. Laundry service for towels would be nice.

Pink and perfect

We enjoyed our New Year's winter get-away to this lovely pet friendly home 3 rows back from the ocean. House was clean and plenty of kitchen utensils and spices. Great small backyard for our small dog. We really enjoyed renting bicycles and rode daily in the neighborhood. Last two days were warm enough for kayaking and fishing. Great walks on the beach and sunsets from nearby pier. Grateful for a great start to 2023!
