We completely understand why learning that the home was listed for sale after your arrival would have caused concern. We recognize that guests should feel comfortable and secure in their accommodations, and we are sorry that this created uncertainty during your visit. As part of providing the best guest services possible, we would never allow a real estate showing at any time without the express acknowledgment and consent of our guests. We take pride in protecting our guests' privacy and peace during their stay. We are also disappointed to hear about the condition of the bedroom carpet and sofa.
