Year round log home with gorgeous views of Vermonts largest lake for water sports, (ice)fishing, recreation and near some of Vermont’s best ski resorts. Situated on a private dead end dirt road near the state park safe for walking, biking etc. Close to the University!

This 2 bedroom + Loft, 2 full bathroom home can accommodate 4-6 people comfortably and includes a master bedroom on main floor which has a queen size bed. Main floor bathroom is full with shower and includes a washer and dryer. Upstairs is another master bedroom with a full size bunk bed + twin bed & trundle. Right outside the upstairs room in the loft area overlooking the lake is another queen size bed. The upstairs has 1 full bathroom off the bedroom which includes shower/tub combo.

Home comes fully equipped including linens, towels, full kitchen, Wifi , Roku Tv , Verizon cell service

Large wrap around deck for entertaining and just a few hundred yards away a deeded lake front space with 36 foot private dock with direct water access. Bring your fishing gear, kayaks or just spend the day swimming here!

Pretty views, reliable wi-fi, and a great location!

The rental is just as advertised - a comfortable cabin with a nice lake view. The property owner was friendly and helpful and provided responses to questions asked prior to the stay very promptly. The cabin provided all the basic living needs one would have while traveling, including a washer and drier. We enjoyed our quiet fall stay at the cabin, which included some rainy days, so we didn't have the full Lake Bomozeen experience, but it was easy to find hikes close by and quick road access to a variety of sightseeing locations in this area of VT. This cabin is most suitable for adults and families with responsible older children or teens, as the porch railings need a little reinforcement are spaced too far apart to be safe for smaller children. For a group of adult family members traveling together, this rental was just what we needed.

Stay at Castleton cabin on Lake Bomoseen

We had a great time at the cabin on Lake Bomoseen! The house and setting were beautiful and Mary was great to work with. My only complaint were the lack of window coverings in the bedrooms, other than that it was great!

Lake Beauty

We stayed over the weekend in the fall for my daughters golf tournament at Castleton U. Great location, beautiful house, close to campus and not far from everything the small town has to offer. House was well stocked.
