We loved having the carriage house for family with toddler and enclosed courtyard with small pool was very relaxing. The seating area under roof outside was great for relaxing with coffee before starting our days. Large dining room table that fit everyone for games at night! Water was very hot with great pressure in showers! Short walk to beach and multiple restaurants/ shops. Four community pools were also great when not going to beach. House was very clean with very comfortable mattresses and had everything we needed! We were able to access a lot of tv channels without having to log in making it very easy! Property management was very easy to deal with and check in/ out was very smooth. Space for 3 vehicles with 1 going in garage and 2 along back gate/ garage door. Included bikes were also nice!

The location was great, the house very roomy. The house did have a stale, smoky unplesssnt smell all though our stay, maybe from a previous fireplace start. Decorating top: tile the wall on the outside pool, it would look so much better. Also some stains on the fabric furniture covers

Perfect oasis in Rosemary

We had a wonderful stay at this property - it is clean, beautifully and comfortably furnished, and conveniently located. The extras (private pool, courtyard, sand toys and wagons) were really nice to have, and the service from the property management company was top notch. We cannot say enough good things about this home and would love to book this property again.

Very nice stay in Rosemary

We rented this house for our kids spring break. The location of the house was perfect. It was walking distance to everything. The house had a great set up. The carriage house was really cute. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were really nice. The outdoor area was really nice and we also enjoyed hanging out on the front porch doing some people watching.

Great home and location !

We were in Rosemary Beach for a family wedding. This home checked off our boxes as we are a family with 3 adult couples. It had privacy for us and king beds with 3 full baths which was important to us. Loved the layout and walking distance to the Pearl and restaurants etc. Highly recommend.

Lovely setting and nice accommodations

Rosemary beach and the community is darling. The house is clean, open, well decorated. We enjoyed the warmed pool. The local beach is amazing. Blue like the Caribbean. White powdery beaches. Great for family and/or friends.
