Off season fun

Rental process was very easy. Surfside realty were great to deal with. Beautiful home lots of amenities and close to everything.

WOJ girl’s weekend

We were here for the 3day WOJ conference, which was fantastic! The house was great! Every room had its own private bathroom which made it really easy for everyone to get ready on time. The balconies on each level were wonderful. There were a lot of steps to climb, 32 to get to the 3rd floor. All the ladies were very pleased.

Loved this place. Location was perfect. Only two complaints. The tv in living room was streaming only and it was hard to watch anything because it would start buffering every 3 seconds. Would have been nice to have regular cable on that tv. Also would have been nice to have the elevator working. Some of my party had a really hard time with all of the steps.

Worth the money……kind of.

We stayed in this property for a week in March. I will start by saying the property is beautiful and perfectly located. The surrounding area has everything you could possibly need. Booking and then arriving at the property was easy. Communication during the lead up to our stay was great. I do think that some small things like the bedding could do with updating given the price point that they are expecting. I also don’t like driving 13 hours to a vacation and then having to make all the beds myself when I arrive!!!! Given the price and fees involved I would expect the beds to have been made and ready for us when we arrived. Other than that I would stay in this property again.

The best thing about the property was having the pool in a house on the beach. (Side note - the pool was cloudy. We told the pool guy but it never improved.) The worst thing was the mattresses. Most of my party have backaches after a week in those beds. I’m not a fan of having to pay extra for my linens but when i do, I think the beds should be made without anther 10 per bed to make them up. Also, the towels were totally non absorbent. If I’m paying extra for the towels and bedsheets, they out to be much better than the quality received. Don’t worry about being next to the beach access road. It was never an issue for us, As for parking, I’d back in. It was hard to back out onto the road being right next to Melody Lane connect to Hwy 17.
