Great place!

We loved our apartment.! Just like the pics show, right on the beach stepping out of the open patio kitchen area, it exceeded our expectations. Joel is super friendly, met us at the gate and detailed the rooms and area. Totally recommend and .

Relax and enjoy!

Very nice, loved to walk out in the morning to the beach. Enjoyed our stay. Had dinner across the street. Close to restaurants and town. Pool area was next to a restaurant. Will have to come back.

Beautiful Getaway

Wonderful Stay

The apartment was exactly as the pictures showed and was extremely clean. The apartment is in a quiet gated community and in a great location, very close to the great restaurants in Marigot. We had one issue with the apartment during our stay, but the property manager took care of it quickly, thank you. We highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay again.

Fabulous apartment on the lagoon!!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful location!! Now that we are home we miss waking up to our beautiful view from the front of our apartment. Having our own private beach was wonderful!! Didier and Joel were very quick to respond to any requests, issues that we had. We will certainly be back next year but will probably stay for 2 weeks instead of 8 days!!

Our time in paradise

We were looking for a relaxing vacation. The complex was relatively quiet. The view from this property exceeded our expectations. Restaurants and a small market within walking distance. I was impressed that the kitchen not only had all the basics, required to cook and serve a meal, but the little extras like oil, spices, salt & pepper were also available. We would definitely recommend this property.

Great location and value

The property is 2 meters from the beach. Walk out and enjoy the white sand. If a pool is your preference, 50 meters to the pool with bar and restaurant. There is a grocery store/gas station walking distance. Grand Case is a short drive and Philipsburg is about 30 minutes during busy times. Onsight manager was prompt and friendly. Highly recommend this property

Nous avons adoré notre voyage à Saint-Martin. L’appartement de Didier et Joël est merveilleux. Concept de cuisine ouverte où en fin d’après-midi après la plage, nous pouvons relaxer avec une vue magnifique sur la baie au coucher du soleil, et le matin, prendre notre café avec le bruit de vagues…. Propreté impeccable, tranquillité, belle décoration, confortable et équipée pour tous vos besoins. C’est vrai que le complexe manque un peu “d’amour” mais n’hésitez pas car vous ne voudrez plus repartir. Merci à Didier pour la communication et à Joël pour l’accueil. Nous reviendrons certainement!

Une étoile… Alors que vous aviez dit à Joël que vous espériez revenir une prochaine fois…. De plus, il me semble qu’il aurait été plus judicieux et logique d’y joindre un commentaire qui aurait été vraiment constructif pour les invités prochains et moi-même. Que dire de plus???
