About this property

Come stay at this mid-century, old Florida-style canal home located on the coveted north end of Anna Maria Island. You can enjoy the best of both worlds--canal and beautiful beach. This home is a three minute walk to a beautiful, white, sandy beaches. It is also a short walk to café's, eateries, and shopping on Pine Avenue. The house has two bicycles and a tandem kayak to explore the island and Bimini Bay. The single story 3 bedroom home has 2 master bedrooms with king-sized beds with ensuite baths. Relax out back alongside the heated pool or drop a line into the canal and see what you might catch.

Chilling on Chilson

Had a great time during our stay. The house was equipped with everything you need. Location was great and easy access to the intercoastal with our boat. Will definitely stay here again.

Great outdoor area and location

The house is definitely older, but the outdoor pool area and surrounding space are amazing! And, you can’t beat the location - so close to the beach and “downtown” Anna Maria. The kids loved having bikes to cruise around on to explore.

Exactly what was expected

We had a great stay, location was perfect, we rented it to accommodate 3 couples and were very comfortable. Definitely a great experience and would rent this property again.

Unforgettable

This property surpassed all of our expectations.. it was immaculately kept with all of the amenities you need! The location was perfect, nestled on the water, and within walking distance to all restaurants/shopping, and of course a short walk to the beautiful beach! The pool was used all day by the kids.We can't wait to come back!
