About this property

Beautiful new home located just 6 miles from Bristol Motor Speedway and downtown

My husband and I built our dream home in 2019. We are a family of 4 with 2 precious little boys. When I was younger my parents always rented their house out for the race and I’m excited to be doing the same!! This 2,500 sq ft new construction home is located just 6 miles from Bristol Motor Speedway. Master bedroom has attached bath with large walk in shower and beautiful soaking tub with a tv mounted on wall. Our home has many extra features including a hot tub, gas fire pit, outside TV located on patio, fans and smart TVs in all rooms, large sectional in living room, etc...

The 4th bedroom is our office/game room that will be turned into a bedroom. It will have a full size bed. This room also has not 1 but 2 - 55” smart TVs.

The large sectional couch is so comfy and great for sleeping. You can sleep 2-3 people on it comfortably. It could sleep 10+ People if sharing beds/rooms.

The location is beautiful and safe!

perfect for race weekend

We were in town for a Nascar race and this home was the perfect escape. It was incredibly clean and easy to access, highly recommend. Hosts were welcoming and great to communicate with if any questions.

This house was perfect for us! We were in Bristol for an event at the Speedway and this was so convenient. The house is spotless and had everything we needed. The owner could not have been better to work with. She is extremely responsive and helpful. This is a great place to stay with family and/or friends. There is plenty of space for hanging out and privacy for sleeping. If we are ever back in the area, we would be thrilled to stay here again!
