Welcome to my private oasis.
Here you will find a great spot in a fun family and adult oriented community. We offer 2 family pools, an adult only pool with hot tub. Tennis courts, kids playground, horseshoes, shuffleboard, basketball hoop. There is a covered pavillion for group meals, public grills, movies and planned activities for all ages.. At the back of the property is a large field to play in and have a startup softball game . So many more activities for all.
The cottage is in the back of the property which offers a quieter and more private area. There is a trolley that runs the loop of the property to drop you off at ideal spots for the various amenities.
You can't get a better location, Wells, Ogunquit, York, Kittery, and Kennebunk Port to name a few. Places to eat and shop that will have your holiday shopping done by summer. Plenty of beaches and trails are nearby also.
Enjoy a 2 bedroom cottage with AC and internet. Feel the summer vibe with pictures of several other ocean getaways I have traveled to.
Guaranteed to wash the stress away and bring back that feeling of peace and tranquility we have all misplaced.
PLEASE NOTE; You will need to provide your own linens, towels, paper products. Soap products are not provided due to allergies and personal preferences. (bathroom , kitchen ,dishwasher and washer)
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT.... must be done during office hours.
RULES OF THE COMMUNITY.... must be adhered to.

I am originally from Maryland but Massachusetts has always been my second and current home. I ventured to Maine in my college years for summer time work. It has always remained one of my favorite places to escape to. Where else can you feel the warmth of the sun and the cool air blow across your face while also listening to the ocean crash and sing its glory. Sounds dumb but this is why I love it there. It please all my senses and more.

Location Location Location. While there is so much to do on the property itself you will be nestled in the back where privacy and quietness is easy to find.
You will be right off RT1 . You have all the tourist things to do in less then a 10 min ride (depending on traffic). There are some amazing places to find a good meal, best of all ice Cream is so close at either Scoop Deck or Big Daddy's.
Get all you essentials very nearby at Hannaford's and Renys.

What makes this property unique
Having 3 pools for all to enjoy makes a nice alternative to always heading to a beach. Don't feel like swimming? Read a book or listen to music by the pool while the kids swim. Not sure what to do at night? During a normal season there are planned activities for the family as a whole to enjoy.
