Escape to this spacious cottage in picturesque Wells. In the sought out Summer Village Resort this marvelous property features 1 bedroom with a king bed and the sunroom offers a day bed that can be 2 twin beds or 1 king size bed. The bathroom has a relaxing bathtub with shower. There is a full size kitchen with all that you will need to prepare delicious meals. The cottage is in a gated resort community that offers a gym, game room, 3 pools, hot tubs, play ground, basketball courts, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, shuffle board, and a putting green! Not to mention we are only 1 mile to beautiful beaches. With amenities like AC, heating, and WiFi, guests can unwind and enjoy their vacation. If exploring the area is what you enjoy we are just a short drive to Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, Ogunquit, Perkins Cove, York Beach , Mt Agamenticus and Portsmouth! There are restaurants, shops and quaint seaside towns in abundance. Relax, enjoy and soak in the memories!
