Welcome to Atlantis204B!

Perfect for a coastal getaway, this 3BR/2BA St. Augustine condo is nestled in a gated community, just a short stroll from the sandy shores of St. Augustine Beach and the bustling St. Johns County Ocean Pier—an ideal spot for fishing, beachside fun, and local events. A variety of restaurants are also within walking distance.

Relax in the cozy living area with comfortable furnishings and a flat-screen TV ready for movie nights. The well-equipped kitchen, stocked with essential appliances, makes cooking for your group a breeze. Share meals around the large wooden dining table with seating for six.

This condo sleeps up to six guests across three inviting bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. The second bedroom has two twin beds, while the third offers a plush queen bed. A guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combo.

Unwind on your private balcony and soak in the coastal breeze from the outdoor chairs, a perfect spot to read or relax. Amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, an in-unit washer/dryer, one assigned parking space with additional visitor spaces, and elevator access. Guests can also enjoy shared use of a clubhouse, gym, and an outdoor pool heated in winter.

The beach is just 350 yards away, and nearby you’ll find a vibrant dining scene and convenient grocery stores. Stroll 0.3 miles to the popular St. Johns County Ocean Pier, offering fishing, a kids’ playground and splash park, volleyball courts, and community events. For entertainment, catch live music at The St. Augustine Amphitheater (2.4 miles) or explore the historic charm of St. Augustine.


The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.

It was a great location, just a five minute walk from the beach, and plenty of places to eat walking distance. My girlfriends and I had a great time. Would definitely recommend for a group of six. Just make sure not to get locked out of the condo like we did; however, owner is quick to respond and help.

Great vacation

Spacious, quiet, clean. The only thing I thought was odd is that the quest are asked to put all dishes in the dishwasher and to run it before we leave. Guest are also asked to stripe beds and put into washing machine and start before leaving. We are charged for cleaning fee and feel guest should not have to do this… but we did what was asked.Other than that we enjoyed the property!

The doors to rooms/bathrooms wouldn’t stay open, the main entry door was hard to push all the way open to get suitcases and things through and every time we opened the refrigerator door it made a really loud eerie creaking noise that sounded like you were in a haunted house. Other than those few small things the place was clean and overall nice to stay at.
