Ideally located in a quiet residential area, 500 m as the crow flies from La Mamounia, this family-friendly accommodation is close to all the attractions (5 to 10 minutes from Djema El Fna Square and the centre of Gueliz, and near the city’s golf courses).
Perfect for 1 or 2 families or a getaway with friends.
Included in the price is our housekeeper from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for daily cleaning and breakfast preparation. Upon request and for an additional fee, she can prepare meals for you and provide babysitting services.
The house features a cosy fireplace for winter, a reversible air conditioning system, and Wi-Fi.

The 300m² house, spread over three levels, includes:
The ground floor consists of a large open-concept space with a living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room opens onto an outdoor lounge area, and the kitchen opens onto an outdoor dining area. There is a guest bathroom.
In the lower level, there is a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and an en suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and double sinks. The bedroom opens onto an English-style courtyard.
On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms:
- A bedroom with a 180x200 bed and an en suite bathroom with a double walk-in shower, double sinks, and a toilet.
- A children’s bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A children’s bedroom with a small bed (this room can be furnished with a 140x200 bed).
- A bathroom with a bathtub, single sink, and toilet
- A play area.

The spaces are cosy and inviting, featuring a terrace/living room and a terrace/dining room. There is a barbecue and a pool (7 m x 2 m) protected by a safety fence (which can also be opened completely).
The entire house and outdoor areas are child-friendly; the stairs and the pool are protected by safety gates. There is also all the necessary equipment for children (high chair, changing table, swim ring, toys, etc.).
