    Family Vacation

    We booked this location as we have stayed in the area many times before and were familiar with the location and accommodations. It is a great resort with some of the best water views and pools for everyone to enjoy. Restaurants are close by and on the property along with grocery stores just down the road. We had a great time and would book again.

    This condo is fantastic w 2 very nice bedrooms and great balcony overlooking the bay w plenty of room. This condo has its own private pool area which is also great. The resort is situated at the edge of the French / Dutch side so you can enjoy great French cuisine and beaches nearby. I’d definitely come back

    Nice and quiet condo

    The condo was very nice. We didn’t enjoy being on the resort but that’s only personal preference. It was a very spacious and nice place to stay. Very quiet with the separate pool. Overall it was very nice. Just not our preference to stay on a resort.

    The oyster pond villa was excellent. The team set up a WhatsApp group before we arrived to answer questions and we’re very prompt whenever we needed anything. The rooms were well maintained with a great view of the bay and everything was clean and in great condition. Being on the resort with the resort benefits was a plus. We were able to rent a car on a whim and make use of the resort front desk staff. Check in and out was super easy, and the whole sty was wonderful.

    The property is nice, secluded. No swimmable beach access. Great food, bar and entertainment. Spinnaker private pool was wonderful but the pool pump ran at different times and was right under the window. Unit set up was a bit odd with larger closet in room with smaller bath. There was coffee, bread, cream cheese, butter and jam, eggs, which was a very nice touch. Water was warm but never hot. Safe in the room did not work. Plenty of linens and beach towels in the unit and the washer dryer was wonderful to have. Plenty of laundry and channing supplie as well. We were not expecting housekeeping service during the stay so we were surprised when they knocked on the door. It was not convenient for us to have the unit serviced so we sent them away. All in all, very nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Oyster Bay 6 different times, but this is our first time at Spinnaker. Spinnaker is actual privately owned condos but are a part of the Oyster Beach property. This means you get the best of both places. You get a designated parking spot with a private pool shared by only the 6 condos apart of Spinnaker. However you also get use of the Oyster bay pool and hot tub! You also get access to house keeping two times throughout the week. I would definitely recommend this property and we will definitely be back.

    Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this Apartment a year ago. The accommodation is ideal for two couples. This year the private swimming pool was open and heated and was an added bonus. The general condition of the property was better than last year but we needed to request a new microwave and when it failed it fused the full kitchen area. We were very dissatisfied with the provision of glassware and flat ware in the property. On arrival we had to request Champagne flutes and wine glasses. We think that the IRE managers should check the property on each booking and not just wait for the client to request appropriate glassware, silverware and cutlery. Our cleaner was very friendly but did not complete tasks eg. she left wet washing in the washer and did not fold and put away sheets and pillowcase and towels which were left in the dryer. Ire vacations did rectify shortcomings but more supervision is necessary if this unit is to compete with other properties we have rented on the island

    Great St Martin Location!

    This was a perfect location for our St Martin vacation. Location was clean and had great waterfront views. All amenities were just as advertised. The few issues we did have were handled in a very timely fashion. Cherise was fantastic. Would highly recommended this property. We will be back in future.
