This clean, quiet cozy cabin getaway is nestled between pine groves and is close to an endless assortment of year round outdoor activities. Walk out the door and enjoy direct access to snowmobile and ATV trails. Raber Bay and other areas are close for easy access to great fishing. The St. Marys River and Lake Huron are close for water activities or uncrowded beaches. route; the cabin is across from a historic Catholic Church. Tombstone tourists will enjoy the local cemetery just up the road. Get away from your busy life and relax!
The cabin is on a road this is a designated State of Michigan ORV A trail. You can drive your snowmobile or ORV from the door and be on a designated trail that connects to the extensive EUP trail system.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place trash bags in the large can in the back shed

Please reset the thermostat to 60 degrees if you have changed it and turn off the AC unit if you used it. Thank you
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A church is across the road. Guests are required to be courteous by limiting noise or activities during times the church is in use.
Bags are provided to clean up after pets. Please use these an dispose of them in the provided receptacle.

Comfy cottage is a cozy, very clean space. The home has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including shower amenities. The beds are super comfortable also. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend this cottage.

Very Cute and Functional House

This place was great, it wasn't very big but had everything we needed. The internet was great, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was both cute and well stocked. Would definitely rent again.

We have always traveled to the western side of the U.P. because I grew up there. However, I have always wanted to see the eastern side so we picked this cottage for our anniversary trip and we were NOT disappointed. The cottage was very nice, clean and close to trails for side by side riding. We enjoyed the wildlife too.We also ventured over to Drummond Island. It was very close to the cottage and we did some freighter watching on the St Mary's river from Detour. It was a great getaway and would definitely stay here again.

The house was just as described. Very cozy and comfortable accommodations. Kitchen was well equipped. Comfortable bed including heating pad on queen bed, if needed in wintertime. Easy check-in. Steve was a perfect host and easily accessible. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed 7 days. The house is small, but perfect for what we needed. It is upgraded, clean, functional. The price is very good for what you get. Good location between St Ignace and Sault Ste Marie. I recommend it highly.

Cozy house in Goetzville

This was such a great little place to stay! If you’re looking for a cozy, CLEAN place to stay, this is it! The host’s obviously take great pride in their place. It is well taken care of, good communication, easy check in, the kitchen has everything you would need, comfortable bed, and the shower was great! (The water was good! ….rinsed right off, didn’t smell like a well like a lot of places we’ve stayed at in the U.P.) There is a tavern with decent food close by and only 1/2 hour drive to cedarville, Hessel area. 12 min to De Tour village. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to go back!

Needs new Furniture

The house was great .it needs needs new or to have the knives sharpen . the Couch and chair need to be replaced you can feel the boards when you sit on them , they were very uncomfortable to sit on.
