We were met by the lovely host who showed us around. It was very warm and welcoming. The double bedrooms were large with wardrobes and the single bedded room was smaller with a chest of drawers. The living space was great and would only benefit from a couple more comfy chairs. We left the futon as a bed as it wasn’t easy packing it away every day. The kitchen was compact but had almost everything you needed and more. The only thing I would suggest would be chopping knives. It literally had everything else. The main bathroom was large with a full size bath. The en suite ( this was small with separate loo) and double bedroom were at the top of the entrance stairs and another door led to the remainder of the apartment. The owners lived in the apartment downstairs and did use the stairwell going down to the ground floor but we never bothered to lock ours, only the main door to the outside. They trusted us, we trusted them. We enjoyed the racelette on a couple of occasions but didn’t use the fondue. There is a filter coffee machine and a kettle. They provided a couple of toilet rolls and washing up liquid, cloths and tea towels along with salt and pepper. We bought hand soap. Well kitted out for self catering. It was less than 10 minutes walk to the large supermarket and a small bakery and about 8 minutes to the town. Ideally located for the super morzine lift and about 10-12 mins from Pleney. A bus stop was just down the road to Les Gets. Overall an excellent apartment!
