The studio was absolutely perfect for my week in Paris. Just the right size. Safe and secure. Fantastic location! Great communication and easy check in. Thank you, Fabrice!
This property was excellently located, it was private and quiet while being super close to a metro stop and within a 30 min walk of almost everything I wanted to do! Aside from the first time (I got lost, my fault) the area was really easy to navigate and the property felt very safe as a solo female traveller! Fabrice put up with me being late (still sorry) and was very polite and communicative, gave me all the information I needed! This was my First time staying in Paris and it was 10/10!
A perfect, cozy spot for a single traveler looking for a jumping off point for Paris. The apartment is on a quiet street but close to 5 metro stations. Property is impeccably clean, has excellent air conditioning, and is outfitted with a very functional kitchenette and modern bathroom. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Had a great time, everything went smooth. Nice central location to explore the city from. Fabrice was a great host and answered all my questions. Thanks Fabrice.

The unit is perfect size for 1 person.
Has everything you need, clean and comfortable.
The street is dark as you get to the exact address, midway point on the street. Not much outdoor lighting as you unlock the street side door.
It made me somewhat nervous, but it was fine.
Two more doors to unlock to get to the unit.
Security was obviously a focus.
Area is a locals living community, not a touristy location.
Short walk to metros. 3 stops to get to Notre Dame.
Very easy, if you use Bonjour RATP app.
I gave a4 instead of 5 due to dark approach at street-side entry.
I would stay there again.👍
Pros: the location is perfect and the room being on a courtyard ensures maximum silence in a big city. The room is small but adequate. The ac is a big plus. You can literally walk everywhere from this location, plus there is ample transportation within easy reach. You share the courtyard that has a tree and plants with 2 larger apartments.Cons: the owner supposedly has no clue how cold and indifferent he comes off in his messages. Never addressed me by name. As someone that has served the public for over 30 years, how you speak with a guest that is giving you business is paramount, but when you have a gem of an apartment very well located, maybe he feels he doesn't need to be hospitable. I first asked for a photo of the bathroom because there isn't one. He simply said he didn't have one, but made no effort to provide one. I asked about an ice cube tray and he pointed the direction of a store to get one. I stayed 10 days and he provided one roll and a half of toilet paper. When I asked for more, he again mentioned the store where I could get more. Really? His excuse was that French law forbids him to furnish amenities like hotels do. I still didn't understand how the government would've known if he gave me an extra roll. Would he have gone to jail? My feeling is that this is how he gets his guests to buy these items so that he can provide to other guests. There is cheap and then there is CHEAP. I would've given this place 5 stars had he been more hospitable and personable.
L’apparemment est parfait pour quelqu'un de seul. Il est bien situé a 2 pas du centre de paris a pied. L’accueil a ete également parfait.
