Couch was broken

When we checked in the receptionist let us know the sleeper sofa was broken. She told us maintenance is waiting on a part. However, she didn’t tell us the sleeper sofa was not able to be put back into the couch so we could actually sit on it. When we arrived in the condo the sleeper sofa was still out right in the middle of the living room. Therefore, we had only two chairs to sit in while we were there-with a bed right in the middle of the living room.
