Nature Retreat

Beautiful, picturesque farm property

Overall, this is such a unique and beautiful property. It's an idyllic farm, complete its own babbling brook. We visited with extended family, and enjoyed waking up to postcard-worthy views of the property from every part of the house. The house itself has been stylishly restored and was extremely comfortable. The kitchen has a great layout with plenty of space, and we enjoyed having both dining areas. The family room was perfect for hanging out with the kids, and we even got to play some board games. The bedrooms are all beautifully decorated, and the master suite feels like its own apartment. My nieces loved the kids' room, which has a cute teepee. It was our first time visiting this part of the Catskills, and the area has lots of dairy farms and rolling hills. We loved taking in the scenery. Tarek was a great host. He's super responsive, and gave great recommendations for things to see and do in the area. He was also very accommodating when we had to make a change to our reservation. It's plain to see that the owners put a lot of work and care into this lovely property. It will only improve over time, and I'd love to visit again. Highly recommended!

Winniebrook farm was the ideal home for our party of 11. We were there to attend a nearby wedding and we appreciated having enough bedrooms for our large group to get ready and prepare for a busy day. Tarek and family have done a lovely job updating their charming farmhouse with modern amenities. The space is airy and inviting, and the property and grounds are enchanting. We were welcomed in the mornings to the most lovely birdsongs. The home is convenient to Andes, Bovina Center, and Delhi. Thank you Tarek!

Country Getaway

This country farmhouse was exactly what we were looking for and expecting. Tarek was in constant touch and accessible whenever we needed a question answered. Was this the 4 Seasons or The Ritz Carlton? No-but we were not looking for that nor was that what we hade expected. There had been new floors done prior to our arrival and a new grill was delivered (although we didn't use it). If you are looking for a clean farm house that can hold a large family or a group of friends without a lot of high end luxury on a beautiful property-look no further!
