Private 4-room apartment in a magnificent 18th century estate of 32 hectares. 10 minutes from Brignoles town center and 10 minutes from Barbaroux golf course. Between Aix en Provence and Hyères. Private entrance.

Ground floor: Entrance - Living room - Kitchen - Bathroom with shower WC.
Floor: 1 bedroom with 180 bed - 1 bedroom with 180 bed - 1 child's bedroom with 140 bed - Bathroom with bathtub - WC with sink.

One person is available throughout the stay on site.

For safety reasons, the area is not suitable for children. There are pools and high terraces which can present a risk. Not recommended for those under 17. Children are not accepted.
An unheated collective swimming pool of 12 x 6 is available to travelers.
Animals (cats, dogs) are not accepted.

This was one of our only VRBO stays where the photos undersold the property. It is stunning! You may find, as we did, that you're pinching yourself because of the amenities, charm and privacy. Other than the two extremely friendly and helpful brother-owners who live on the property, we had the whole place to ourselves. Including the large pool. Only issue may be the steep spiral staircase in the apartment. We got used to it pretty quick. Not to be missed!

Das Haus ist sehr schön, geräumig und umfangreich eingerichtet. Hervorzuheben sind insbesondere eine sehr große Küche, in der man wirklich gut kochen kann und eine Klimaanlage, welche vor allem im Hochsommer wirklich wertvoll ist.Der Außenbereich ist herrlich mit einem sehr großen und schönen Pool und man hat wirklich seine Ruhe, wenn man möchte. Lucien, der Vermieter ist sehr, sehr nett und äußerst hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist toll, wir waren zwei Wochen dort und es gab genug Ideen für schöne Ausflüge im Umland.Zwei Informationen, die für den einen oder anderen evtl. wichtig sind: Das (mobile) Internet ist sehr langsam, was aber einfach daran liegt, dass das Weingut etwas außerhalb der Stadt liegt. Der Wohn- und Schlafbereich ist durch eine relativ enge Wendeltreppe verbunden, die für ganz kleine Kinder und ältere Leute evtl. nicht ideal sind. Für uns war beides aber kein großes Problem.Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag, den wir hätten: Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und technischen Geräten ist sehr, sehr umfangreich, was grundsätzlich toll ist. Allerdings hat die eine oder andere Pfanne oder das eine oder andere Stück Besteck oder technische Gerät die beste Zeit hinter sich und sollte evtl. in den wohlverdienten Ruhestand entsorgt werden :-) Wir würden definitv gerne wieder kommen.

Été 2023

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce beau et agréable domaine au calme et reposant. La piscine privée, le logement, avec clim et tout le nécessaire, ont été très appréciés durant cette période estivale. Encore un grand merci à notre hôte pour son accueil et toute l’attention qu’il nous a apporté durant notre séjour. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette adresse !
