Good location, but haphazard maintenance/support

Positive: Location is Split old-town walking mall is fantastic. Easy walking to attractions, shopping, dining, water-front, etc. Price is good for the location. Negative: Poor support and maintenance compared to other Vrbo we have stayed at. Kitchen light strobes on and off. Sent a message to the manager but no response after 3 days. Shower drain runs slow. Shower head immediately slips down to waist level, you have to hold it up by hand to shower. Only one key for two adults. Sent a message to the manager, but no response after 3 days. Towels used to be cream but now dingy gray and worn out. Sliding door frame to second bedroom sticks up an inch and creates a trip hazard. Downside to location: A lot of street noise at night (crowds) and early in the morning (service vehicles).

The property was clean and in a great location. Easy to find and easy to access. Very spacious and comfortable. In a busy area but as soon as you close the windows, you have peace. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again.
