Beautiful remodeled condo near beach !

This beautiful, gated condominium has been recently remodeled and upgraded with new furniture and appliances. It is located on the 1st level. It's great for families traveling with children and the elderly. The shared swimming pool is just a few steps from the front door of the condo. One parking space is available on the first level located right in front of your door. This two-bedroom and two-bathroom condo is equipped with 3 air conditioners (one in each bedroom & living room), 3 smart televisions, fully functional kitchen with everything you need to cook any meal, fast WIFI and a private outdoor patio. The condo is in a great location... just a five-minute walk to the beach, downtown and to the local golf course. Five-minute drive to WALMART, Starbucks and restaurants. The property is fully secured. Only on-site staff and guests with keys/gate controls may enter the property.

First time condo rental in Mexico

Fortunately on the ground floor. Stairs would have been an issue. Easy walking access to the beach. Gated community - felt safe. Easy access by foot, cab, DiDi or bus for groceries. Quite far from the majority of restaurants- not many close by. Would do more sightseeing on a future trip.

Adequate but not comfortable

No bedroom windows, ensuite bathroom poorly updated, very little water pressure in shower. Guests had difficulty sleeping due to dogs barking and neighborhood noise. We had no access to washing machine because door was locked. Outside area was nice and well kept but location was not great. Visiting Canadians were friendly and very helpful. We would not recommend this condo.

I was really amazed at how well taken care of the property is.....the property is very secure in a very convenientemente location... we are ar restaurants but evrything you needed was available on the property as well as tour own parking spot...i will definetly stay there again in the future....

We had a very rocky start trying to find access to the number, it took over 2 hrs.to contact Expedia etc. The web site needs a great deal of improvement. The units are quite small, very clean, furbished ok.
