Sanctuary at Cedar Creek sits within a gated community with direct access to fishing and water sports from your back yard. Guests staying here within Hot Springs Village have access to 9 golf courses, tennis & pickle-ball courts within the community. Also enjoy The Village's miles of wooded trails for biking and hiking.

We had a great family vacation here. We all enjoyed the peacefulness of the lake! The paddle boards and kayaks provided were an added bonus. We also loved the multiple hang out areas.

Great place

Used this with 4 couples for our annual golfing reunion weekend. Comfortable king size bed, well stocked kitchen and great outdoor spaces. Lovely. We will come back in the future

Perfect getaway

Everything about the property is so nice. It is clean and all the pictures and amenities are very accurate. Everything you need in the kitchen, towels, etc. Our friends got together for a golf trip and stayed at this property for 2 consecutive years and will stay again if we come back to HSV. Our host Adel is quick to respond and very nice.

This house was real good for 8 guys on a golf trip. Location and amenities are basically as described. Kitchen appliances and tools could use some updates. Had to get creative for some items.

Weekend Family Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay! Our group had 8 adults and 5 kids under the age of 3 and there was plenty of room for everyone! The house was clean and well stocked. Communication with the property owner was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay!

Easter Getaway with Family

We had a great time at The Sanctuary! We spent Easter weekend here with adults and little ones and there was plenty to do for everyone! The property is beautiful and being on the lake is so peaceful. We spent our mornings drinking coffee on the balcony, our afternoons by the lake, and our nights by the firepit! Fun was had by all and The Sanctuary was the perfect house for our little family getaway!

Absolutely what was needed

We had 3 different families in this house and we all had plenty of our own space without feeling like we were in each others business all the time. Layout was perfect to entertain lake was wonderful and the smoker on back porch turned out a perfect Brisket after a 12 hour smoke. The Hot Springs Village has so much to do and whatever was needed was within grasping distance

Golfing Group

We had a group of 12 golfers. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms. The kitchen area, living area and kitchen dining area was great for us to all gather for dinner. We plan to go again in the fall. We really like the area.

Family gathering

We enjoyed getting 4 families together in one house. Everyone had their own bed and space to escape when needed. The weather was too wet and cool to enjoy the outdoors but we did a little fishing off the dock. The neighbors are close but we barely saw anyone else. Would definitely come back! Thank you for sharing your home!

Beautiful House

Check in went smoothly. We were contacted by the owner soon after arrival to check with us about any needs. The house was very large, 5,000 sq.ft., that everyone could find their own space. The library was used a lot for video games. The kitchen had all the cooking needs that you could ever need. Everyone really enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. Overall, just a wonderful experience.

Oh Dear! The Views!

Enjoyed waking up to the amazing view. Home was super spacious. Had plenty of room for our 12 guest (ranging from all ages) . We all had a blast kayaking, swimming and soaking in nature. One of my favorite things was seeing dear across the road everyday. Nice change from the Dallas traffic and heat. Any issues we had were addressed quickly. Made some great memories which made checkout bittersweet. Highly recommend for an extended family stay. Hope to return soon!

Best house on the lake

If you are visiting the wonderful Hot Springs, Arkansas area and do not stay at David's amazing property you are going to regret it. This property is probably the nicest VRBO I have ever stayed at. Large amount of space, perfect for groups, and the most King size beds I have seen at a property. Plenty of things come with the house, 2 single person kayaks, one double person kayak, inflatables, 2 stand up paddleboards, and numerous inflatables to enjoy on the water. If you love listening to music, the whole home and exterior music system will be sure to rock your socks off as well! Beautiful place, easy to work with owner, what more could you ask for?

Best house we’ve ever stayed in

We brought our adult kids and partners to spend a long weekend and view the eclipse. The house was perfect. Each couple had their own room with a king bed and bathroom. The kitchen was very well stocked and we cooked multiple meals per day. They provided kayaks, life jackets, floaters, etc. The house itself is beautiful and the lake views are spectacular. Good access to hiking trails and Hot Springs National Park, although a bit of a drive to that. It’s an hour from Little Rock airport and most shopping is outside the large village, so did require driving. They provided good info on things to do in the area. Lots of birds in the area to watch and hear. Really loved this house.

Long overdue reunion with friends

This was the perfect home for our group. We had a family from KC with 6 and one from STL with 7 and it worked out perfectly. 6 teenage boys shared the bunk room, 2 teenage girls shared the adjacent bedroom, a working grad student had her own suite in the bottom level and both sets of parents had their own rooms on the main level. It was a perfect fit. Not only were there a lot of beds, they were all extremely comfortable, to the point where we're buying a mattress just like one in the Master Bedroom...best sleep we've had in a long time. There is so much to do inside and outside of the house that we just couldn't do it all! We all enjoyed the dock area relaxing/swimming, rented a boat/tube from Balboa Marina, kayaked, and paddle boarded. Even though the fish weren't biting, we enjoyed the quiet time just casting and taking in God's beautiful creation. We made most meals at home and the kitchen has everything you'll need. If you prefer to cook outside, there's not one, not two, but THREE different grills to choose from. We cooked corn and veggies on the propane grill while the protein was smoked up perfectly on the pellet grill (another item on my "wish list of purchases"). If you need to take a call, check emails, or just take a nap, the library is your spot. We dubbed it as the smoking lounge...no we didn't smoke in there...as it reminded us of where men would gather to smoke cigars/pipes, drink brandy/bourbon and solve world problems. I ran out of space! JustGO

House was perfect for our golf trip with customers. Had 10 guys with plenty of sleeping arrangements and room for everyone to have there own spaces between 3 floors. House was very clean and had super cold A/c on all levels. Having a pellet smoker and a charcoal grill lakeside was an added bonus! We will consider this property again for our next trip.

We chose this house based on size and location (it was the gathering spot in the Hot Springs area for 14 family members), and found more than a house. It was a beautiful home! Everything was perfect… we would have loved to stay much longer! Highly recommend!

Golf Retreat
