This was a beautiful house i come to Hot Springs Arkansas every year an i give this house a 100% i will be back .It got everything you need in a Vacation house.I will be back an Thanks You for letting us stay there for the weekend

Great place

Awesome place. Lots of space. 14 people can very comfortably stay. Beautiful house. Large decks perfect for hanging out.

Danger: BLACK MOLD, Hole in the roof, rusting furniture, broken appliances.. NOT READY TO RENT

Rented this house for a major birthday milestone for my mother/family vacation and it was ruined by the condition of this property.  1. Within 30 minutes of being there we found the theater room didn't work and messaged to have it serviced.  To their credit someone came out fast, was very nice and changed the bulb in the projector in about an hour.  2. The next night we planned a BIG dinner for my mom's birthday at the gazebo by the dock (the reason we rented the house) and the stove wouldn't work and neither did the lights on the dock/gazebo.  Once again we sent a message and someone was sent out.  Turns out some of the pans provided don't work with the induction stove, and she never found how to turn the lights on so we ended up cancelling our birthday dinner.  3. While looking for the breaker to control the dock lights we found the garage under the guest rooms was full of BLACK MOLD!  Some of the sheetrock had been replaced and then mold grew on it again, so clearly they didn't fix the problem, they just tried to cover it.4. So many other things were wrong: Rusted/paint peeling table on the deck, broken TV mounts in several bedrooms, like someone ripped the TVs off the wall, the fridge leaked water every time it was opened and we had to leave a towel on the floor so people didn't slip..I messaged the rental company multiple times a day about these issues, which ruined my vacation. Afterwards messaged trying to find a mutually agreeable solution and was ghosted.

That said, we're deeply disappointed to hear that other issues impacted your celebration. We understand how frustrating it must have been to experience problems with the induction stove, dock lighting, and overall property condition during an important trip. Regarding the stove, we try to provide a variety of cookware that is compatible, and we will review our current inventory to ensure it is induction-appropriate moving forward. The situation with the dock lighting and mold concerns are being actively reviewed by our maintenance and property management teams to ensure they are properly addressed. We sincerely apologize for the lack of follow-up after your stay—that is not the standard of service we strive for. Your feedback has been shared with the team, and we’re taking it seriously to improve future guest experiences.
