About this property

Vacation home near the sea, sleeps 5, pets welcome

Rental located in Belz, on the banks of the Ria d'Etel. Far from the large overcrowded seaside resorts, you can enjoy the setting in peace. Not to be missed: the islet of Saint-Cado, 5 minutes walk from the cottage! A little further on, Etel is worth a visit, this former tuna port now hosts a beautiful nautical base and many shops (bars and restaurants). To enjoy the beautiful beaches of our department, Plouhinec and Erdeven are only 15 minutes away.
The cottage is located on the road to Saint-Cado. It offers:
- On the ground floor: a living room with living room, kitchen and living room opening onto the enclosed garden and terrace. You will also find a separate toilet with sink and a laundry room.
- On the 1st floor: 2 small bedrooms, one with 1 bed in 140, the other with 1 bed in 140 x 200 and 1 bed in 90 x 200 bunk, then shower room and separate toilet.
The garden has been landscaped to allow you to enjoy the sun and outdoor dining.
Free street parking.

Location conforme à la description maison modeste mais bien restaurée , fonctionnelle et bien équipée .Le plus : la situation qui permet de nombreuses ballades et la découverte du golfe du Morbihan . La propriétaire très sympathique habite la maison voisine mais reste très disicrète et à l 'écoute des locataires . Bon rapport qualité/prix

Très agréable séjour

La petite maison est bien agencée et bien équipée. Elle est très bien située, avec beaucoup de jolies promenades accessibles à pied. Merci pour l'accueil de l'hôte très agréable. Nous recommandons.

Ma semaine à la clematite Ria d"Edel saint Cado..A Betz.56550

Et bien que du bonheur..vacances d'un endroit idyllique avec un acceuil personnalisé. Gâteau boissons. Un jzrdin clos pour mon Toutou Un équipement et une propriété inégalable... un calme super et bien situe pour les visites. A voir et a faire.
