Two bedroom, 2 bath, 2 story house. Master bedroom on the main and on the lower floor with queen beds. Queen sleeper sofa on the lower floor plus a roll away bed. Sleeps 7. Completely renovated with all new appliances, furniture and fixtures. Hardwood floors thru out with central heat and AC. Too many upgrades to describe. Completely furnished. Plenty of parking for trailers. Walk to all stores and restaurants in Hill City.

Parking for multiple trucks/trailers was tight and in the street, but all in all, very comfortable stay.

Thxs for the review. The guest had 3 trailers and 3 trucks all loaded with side by sides. There is parking at the driveway, a 25 ft dugout and legal street parking. Trailers above 2 just need to be parked legally on the sleepy side street. No big deal

Great place ,close to main street hill city south dakota, lots of parking, if anything maybe the chairs out on the deck could be a little better, the leg broke off one.Would d stay here again for sure.

Ken actually met us there toensure we got in OK. The place was sparkling clean, and centrally located to anything and everything we wanted to do The neighborhood is super quiet and there is a nice deck out back to relax in the morning with coffee or the cool evenings. We would definitely stay here again!

7 minute walk to downtown. There is a spiral staircase connecting the lower and upper levels. The outside has a walkway connecting the upper and lower level.

clean well laid out house. Upstairs and downstairs access interior with spiral staircase exterior with large easily walked pathway. All comfortable beds, dishwasher laundry machines, refrigerator freezer all functioned well oven and microwave all function well.

Very nice location with a quiet street and easy walk to restaurants and trails and a short drive to the sites we were most interested in! Inside the property, the decor was nice and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was missing a few things we would have liked to have and there was a little bit of pet hair on the furniture.

Great Rental!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hill House! Very clean, great location. We needed to change our dates and Ken was quick to assist and answer any questions we had. Would stay again!
