The Gîte du Chêne de Ménac is a charming, modern, detached house located in a quiet, rural setting in the heart of the Brière Regional Park, 10 km from the beaches, 20 km from Guérande, and 26 km from La Baule.
900 m² terrace and enclosed garden (southwest facing) offer superb views of the Brière marshes and the three-hundred-year-old oak tree.
Single-story: bright living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 twin beds 90x200 cm per bedroom), shower room/toilet, separate toilet, and laundry room.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, high chair/crib, and tumble dryer.
Included: Electricity and sheets (beds made).
Not included: Gas underfloor heating (€7/day), towels. A mandatory cleaning fee for business customers (€90).
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
