Good value, good communication, apartment is clean and well stocked, but very small and a bit complicated to move into with steep streets and narrow staircases to deal with. Also the 5pm check-in is inconveniently late.

Hi Jack, Thank you for taking the time to write to us. We are pleased that the cleanliness, the equipment and our communication lived up to your expectations, and that you found good value in your stay. We have also noted the practical side of settling in, as well as the arrival time: whenever our schedule allows it, we are glad to arrange an earlier check-in, so please do just ask us ahead of a next stay. We would be happy to welcome you back. The Heiwa House Team
