We had an amazing stay at this property last week! Very spacious house with incredible layout for a large family vacation. Everything was clean, well kept, and the communication was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great and when things weren't working like the elevator or main floor laundry room toilet they had it fixed within a day. Thanks for the wonderful stay and vacation!

House was perfect and super clean and well maintained. House layout and amenities are great. We had 15 people and plenty of space to spread out. The screened in porch was one of our favorite parts of the house. We also loved having the beach chairs, beach towels, pool floats, beach wagon and coolers included, The automatic ice maker and extra fridge are game changers. Owner was wonderful to work with. Would definitely rent again,

Excellent vacation for family of 16 with 5 kids. Not once did we feel on top of each other. Everyone had their own private space, the kids loved the bunk beds and pool. Nothin beats the outdoor living spaces of this property. The owner was always communicating and the two property managers were willing to assist with anything we needed. Can’t wait to come back!

We found this property in excellent condition. Definitely would recommend and hope to stay again in the future. We had 10 adults, 2 teenagers, and 5 kids 12 and under. We never felt crowded and everyone had their own space. Location to the beach was walkable. Highly recommend.

This house was absolutely perfect! The rental is exactly as described with many extras! The screened in porch, the pool/hot tub combo, the short path to the beach, the bathroom by the pool, the table/tv by the pool, and the weber grill, are all added amenities that made our vacation the best! Chuck Harris and his check in team are to be commended for their professionalism and attentiveness to their guests. This house has lots of room, with a living area/tv upstairs and downstairs, along with two dining tables that seat 8 or more people, and a very well equipped kitchen. This house was a great find and we will be returning!

Amazing house!!

We loved everything about this house- the layout, cleanliness, pool, proximity to the beach, coligny and sea pines. The kitchen was well stocked and they had plenty of beach chairs and wagon/tent. Would highly recommend!!

Family trip

The house is absolutely beautiful. Brand new, well decorated, well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, beach towels, chairs, etc. The pool and spa were great, and I was glad we elected to have them heated, because we had some cool days. The owner and manager were super responsive and helpful. We had a fabulous trip!

Wonderful Vacation

The property delivered everything you could want. The elevator was just what we needed since I have mobility problems. It was a short walk to the beach and the pool was a hit with my 7 grandchildren. All 17 of us had room to spread out and the place was immaculate. You couldn't ask for a more perfect place.
