House BOOA 4* - OG IMMO
Magnificent BOOA house located 500m from Lake Annecy and at the door of the Bauges Park. Private terrace with mini swimming pool of 10m², ideal for children (depth 1.10m).
Barbecue provided.
Very well insulated and very comfortable house.
Ideal departure for hiking and cycling, access bike path around the lake nearby.
Shops and buses nearby.
Mandatory extras in addition to the rate/night are:
- cleaning (price per property) is included in the reservation automatically
- Bed linen and towels (NOT INCLUDED): 16.90 euros/person, to be paid before your arrival.
We want you to fully enjoy your vacation, for this between each traveler the cleaning and the beds are made.
Cleaning and linen rental are two mandatory extras:
Housekeeping includes:
- cleaning floors, surfaces and windows
- cleaning of the bathroom and toilets
- disinfection of the accommodation
Cleaning does not include:
