Such a pleasure to stay kn such an historic property. There were staff at the ready for whatever we needed. We had easy access to a certified guide who lead us through the souks and introduced us to the crafters and artesan co-ops sowe knwwewere buying quality items and te moneywas going directly to those who made the products. We loved our stay

Absolutely amazing place!

I could not believe that we were able to stay in such a wonderful place. Our room was stunning - tons of character. We had dinner one night and breakfast one morning on our two night stay. Everything was wonderful. The pool was great as well. They also helped arrange a very inexpensive tour of the city. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was super helpful and kind as well. Absolutely wonderful experience.

Absolutely Perfect.

In all my years of traveling I have never experienced a stay anywhere in the world better than this. The accommodations were amazing and the staff led by the masterful Aziz was absolute perfection. Every expectation was exceeded in every imaginable way. I very highly recommend staying here and will certainly do so again myself. Thank you Aziz and everyone involved for a magnificent time in a most magical city. This is the place to stay Fez!

Beautiful Palace in Fez

The apartment was gorgeous with tiled walls and high ceilings. The bedrooms were well appointed with very comfortable beds. The property manager, Aziz, was extreme,y helpful and willing to arrange any tour or transport one needs. The only challenge would be for a person who struggles with hills or long walks, as to get into the Medina requires a fairly steep climb. But it is a great place to make your base in Fez

Un endroit incroyable

Le palais est splendide et l'appartement sublime et impressionnant. Mes ados et moi avons adoré vivre dans un palais quelques jours. La piscine est très agréable. Il est possible de manger sur place ( à des prix d'hôtel), ce qui est très appréciable car il est difficile de partir dans la medina sans peur de se perdre et le ravitaillement n'est pas aisé. Il est possible de réserver un transfert en taxi depuis l'aéroport, ce qui, là aussi, est très pratique . La vie de palais est une expérience que nous vous recommandons de vivre !

Exceptionnel !

Séjour magnifique dans un cadre exceptionnel. Prestation de haut standing, digne d'un palace. Personnel avenant et aux petits soins. Logement très calme et idéalement situé à deux pas de la médina et quelques minutes du centre commercial borj fez et du centre-ville. On se sent rapidement chez soi. Cela nous tellement plût à ma famille et moi que nous souhaitons vite revenir.
