Little Bears Cabin - 5 Br / 3 Fireplaces - Spend Spring in the Shenandoah Valley

Little Bears Cabin is the perfect setting for your family gathering or vacation. Located in the Shenandoah Valley, just minutes from Luray Caverns, Skyline Drive and Massanutten Ski Resort, the cabin is a peaceful place to relax and unwind.

Newly constructed in 2020, the cabin features 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths, 3 electric fireplaces (including one in the Master Suite), and a expansive deck and wrap around porch with amazing views across the valley. All the furniture and appliances are new including luxury bedding, towels, etc.

In addition to the fireplace, the Master Suite features a king size bed and a two person walk-in shower. The Living Room is open to the kitchen and dining area, and features a large stone fireplace and a loft with additional seating and a game area. The kitchen comes fully equiped with everything needed to prepare your favorite family meals. The Gathering Room features a third fireplace and a massive sectional sofa, perfect for watching movies on the 65" TV. The lower level also has two large bedrooms, an oversize bath, and a large outdoor patio.

The deck is built to enjoy sunrise over Hawksbill Mt and Skyline Drive or sunset over the Shenandoah Valley. It provides a peaceful space to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and a quiet dinner in the evening. Finish your day sitting around the open fire pit under the stars.

Little Bears Cabin is the perfect place to make memories for you and your family.

Note that our base rate is for four guests. The additional guest fee is $25 per person per night.

The PERFECT Gathering Place

Absolutely Amazing

We had an absolutely amazing girlfriend’s getaway this weekend. It was the perfect retreat before the Christmas holiday. The Christmas decorations made it so festive and relaxing at the same time. The views were breathtaking. We may have to make this an annual getaway.

Beautiful Cabin in Shenandoah Valley

This cabin was beautiful! There were 10 of us and the kids had so much fun when we got there exploring room by room. One said "this is a mansion!" There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The owners thought of everything from a lint brush to extra blankets to brochures of surrounding things to see. The 3/4 deck was a wonderful place to sit and relax, looking at the beauty and peacefulness. The surrounding area was beautiful to drive through, reminding me of my childhood upbringing in Upstate NY.

House was clean and well maintained. Good location. But, disappointing in other ways. No entertainment items you normally see in vacation home, no pool table, pinball, video console, etc. The fire pit was just a steel pot with old broken plastic dining room chairs, all set on an uneven slope. Would not recommend this location for renting.

Perfect family gathering spot

This home was the perfect place for our family to stay for our son’s wedding nearby. The view is amazing and the home had everything we needed. We didn’t take advantage of many of the amenities due to the wedding festivities but would love to return and just relax and enjoy the area. Close to Luray and Shenandoah National Park.

A beautiful house in a beautiful location

Family was in town for a wedding, and it was nothing but praise for the cabin all weekend. The only negative was that we didn’t book it for longer to enjoy Fourth of July! Highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. It was loaded with everything a group could need to enjoy their stay. Our favorite part was the beautiful wrap around deck with Mountain View. The check-in process was easy and the owner provided prompt responses. We highly recommend!

The only negative I can l have is the kitchen could use better lighting and a better set of knives. The great is everything! The cabin is clean and comfortable and felt like home. I definitely would stay here again! Easy communication with the host as well.

We couldn’t have picked a more beautiful cabin for our girls trip. So spacious and comfortably sleeps a big group. Everything was clean and the cabin was very well equipped with everything you need. Quick communication. Would definitely stay again.

Great Expectations Exceeded

"Three Bears Cabin" is a great property! A wonderful location with highly enjoyable mountain vistas from the cabin's back side including deer, groundhogs and birds, easily enjoyed from the large deck with ample seating (best in morning and late afternoon, early evening). The cabin interior, bedrooms, main den and kitchen are just as described (modern, comfortable and upscale with outstanding decor choices). The kitchen and dining seating are outstanding with everything included for meal prep and dining. Just an overall excellent property with lots of attentive detail - we were very pleased with our stay and highly recommend the cabin.

The Perfect Shenandoah Valley Home

The home was both beautiful and very functional for our family of 9. The downstairs rooms were perfect for the parents and two grandchildren. The three main floor bedrooms were perfectly suited for the rest of the family. The kitchen and laundry room were well stocked and convenient. Internet was accessible from all areas of the house. Conveniently located near Shenandoah NP where we did three days of hiking. Also conveniently located near the Civil War Museum and the New Market Battlefield. This is a very impressive museum and to walk on the battlefield and remember those young Virginia Military Institute recruits that gave their lives there is very emotional.

This is a wonderful home to stay when visiting the Shenandoah Valley or for an event at Shenandoah Woods. It is in walking distance to the pavilion where the special events take place. The home is very nice, clean and comfortable with lovely views of the valley. Although it is referred to as a cabin, this is a home!

An Outstanding Property

Six of my friends and I spent the weekend at Little Bear over the weekend and had an absolutely wonderful time! The house and layout is beautiful. We were not tripping over each other! The kitchen is adequately stocked. The house offers so much natural light and beautiful views of the mountains. We spent an entire day sitting on the deck and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The bathrooms and showers a really good size and beautifully decorated. We are planning to return next year! Thank you to the hosts for putting so much effort into making the rental a real home away from home!!
