Kitchen has Italian Cabinetry with Quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, master bath with dual sinks. Building amenities include 24hr front desk, valet parking, heated pool, hot tub, fitness, sauna, social room with billiards, reading lounge. In the heart of downtown where you can walk to shopping, dining, entertainment, waterfront!
Minimum of 28 day stay is required with a minimum of a 7 day notice.
Also the Condo association requires a tenant application and a $100 administration fee prior to your stay.
Short term renters insurance is also required.
Loss of key fob is a $200 fee. Loss of deadbolt key is a $50 fee.
