I am pleased to welcome you to my beautiful, fully air-conditioned apartment of 58 square meters, located on the 4th floor without elevator and situated between the Cour Honoré d'Estienne d'Orves and the Old Port
It is perfect for vacations with family or friends and can accommodate up to 5 people.

Pouvant recevoir 5 personnes, il est composé de deux chambres avec deux lits doubles ; d'une cuisine toute équipée et fonctionnelle ; d'une salle de douche accueillante ; et d'un salon cosy avec une télévision, un canapé convertible et un espace repas.

La localisation du logement est idéale : au cœur du premier arrondissement de Marseille, à proximité de plusieurs sites d'intérêt et de toutes les commodités !
Pour vos petites courses quotidiennes, vous trouverez un "Spar" à un minute à pied (1er croisement à gauche en sortant) ainsi qu'un "Lidl" et un "Carrefour City", respectivement à 4 minutes et à 6 minutes de marche.

Vous séjournerez à 1 minutes à pied du Vieux port, à moins de 10 minutes du Panier, à 17 minutes de la Place d'Armes et à 10 minutes de la Maison Diamantée.

Vous serez aussi très bien desservis par les différents transports en commun pour flâner dans toute la ville et ses environs ! La Plage des Catalans est à 11 minutes en bus, le Mouillage de Malmousque à 15 minutes et la Plage du Prophète à 23 minutes.

The 1st district is in the center of the city, and is the beating heat of Marseille. It hosts especially old historical buildings, such as the Mission de France Church, the Saint-Théodore Church, the Figaro’s house or the Pesciolini hotel. As well, the Vestiges garden, discovered during the 20th century, hosts the remains of the antique harbour of Marseille, and is a peaceful and great place to wander.
The atmosphere is warm and lively ! You will find various typical restaurants on the Vieux-Port, while staying near to the shopping streets such as the streets de la République and du Paradis. The public transportation is very dense in the 1st district, so the whole city is easily accessible from this place.
