Very much enjoyed the house & access to South Beach. Front porch is divine with the ocean breezes. Amenities were all updated & worked well, including bikes and beach chairs. While not a huge house, it was perfect for my wife & I with two older kids. Also, kudos to Kim for repairing the AC in a timely fashion. Hope to come back!

This was our second year staying here and we had the best time! Great location - easy proximity to both the beach and the shops/restaurants around the Maritime Market. The house is laid out really nicely so that our kids waking up early didn't bother the master bedroom.

Kim is great. This was our second time staying at her lovely home with great views and beach access. No complaints at all- there were a couple snags but Kim handled everything perfectly. Would stay there again and again.
