This charming 30 m² air-conditioned flat with swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 4 people, is available to rent in Cabriès. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom. Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- 15 m² living room with TV, pull-out sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Senseo pod coffee maker, etc.
- A south-facing bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bath, WC and heated towel rail

Shared outside area :
- A shared, fenced and heated swimming pool, open from mid-May to the end of September. There are two pools, a paddling pool for the little ones, and a large pool with variable depth. Sun loungers are located in the pool area.
- Leisure facilities include a children's play area and petanque courts.

The flat is ideally located in Cabriès, in very pleasant surroundings. The area is peaceful and surrounded by nature, with many opportunities for walks on the doorstep of the residence. The first beach is 11 km away. A golf course, stud farm and equestrian centre are the nearest neighbours. Tennis courts and a fitness trail are next to the residence. A shopping area is 8 minutes away by car, and the village with local shops is 5 minutes away.

The flat is ideally located for exploring Marseille and the surrounding area. Don't hesitate to visit the Parc National des Calanques to enjoy the biodiversity and beauty of the landscape!

- Swimming pool: A parent is responsible for children's swimming. Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
