Ground floor: spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge area. A separate toilet and a shower room with a large shower.

Access to the upper floor via a staircase in the living room:

- Bedroom 1: double bed (140cm)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140cm)
- Separate toilet
Outside: Private enclosed courtyard of 180m², covered shelter of 16m² with garden furniture and barbecue.
Baby equipment: cot, high chair, changing mat, baby bath, potty
Electric heating and electricity included. Bed linen and towels provided. Wi-Fi internet access.

PLEASE NOTE: This property is not suitable for charging electric vehicles. This spacious, bright, and comfortable rental has been recently renovated. It is located on the edge of a small, peaceful village in northern Charente and close to cultural sites and nature.

The price includes: Bed linens, towels, utilities.

The price does not include: End-of-stay cleaning.

Nous avons apprécié la délicieuse confiture de fraise faite maison ainsi que les spécialités de la région qu’ils nous avaient laissées à notre arrivée dans la cuisine.Nous avons découvert tous les documents pour visiter et profiter de cette belle région de Charente.Nous disposions de tout le confort moderne dans leur beau gîte entièrement rénové, calme et bien situé et nous nous souviendrons de ce séjour enrichissant, extrêmement agréable et reposant.
