Lake ConRoy Estates_Unit B with Pool Access

Our Unit B is the lower-level of our home (studio) with keyless entry door on backside of property. Upon arrival you may park in left spot beneath car port, then take walkway to left of the house and access door off back lower-level patio. This unit sleeps 4, with one queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. You are welcome to enjoy our swimming pool, which you will access via back fence gate. Please note the pool is shared and utilized by 3 of our rental units: Unit A (upper level of this home), Unit B (studio), and the adjacent property, our Cozy Barn.

We are so close to Lake Conroe, there is a boat ramp in the neighborhood, and a boat pass is available upon request! We have a circular drive for your boat or trailer and room to unhitch, if you like.

The yard is completely fenced in, when all gates are closed, so it's good for your pups, but please be prepared with a leash for your dog(s) because if we have guests staying in our Unit A upstairs, they may have a dog(s) too, so please be respectful and considerate.

If you are planning a small social gathering during your stay, but guests paid for and disclosed at time of booking will be the only overnight stays, we do still require notification and approval prior to check-in, and additional fees per person 'may' apply depending on the number of additional people expected to enjoy this accommodation with you for your gathering. Again, we do allow social gatherings and want everyone to have a great time, but we do REQUIRE NOTIFICATION PRIOR TO CHECKIN and the Host's final approval. This is a non-negotiable requirement as we do have a 2nd Unit on this property, Unit A (the upstairs of our home).

While staying with us, you also have access to the Host’s main property in the neighborhood two blocks away that sits on 5 acres totally fenced in and gated with a private, well-water cooled swimming pond, sand volleyball, corn hole, horseshoes, outdoor grills, etc. There are also two (2) 100 lb. tortoises that can be seen roaming the property or grazing in their corral next to swimming pond. Just let us know, if this is of interest to you, and we will tell you how to access.

** PETS ALLOWED_$50 Per Pet FEE applies prior to check-in unless you process payment at time of booking on your Vrbo reservation. ** We ask that pets are kenneled, when left unattended in our homes. And if they snuggle with you on furniture, we ask that blankets or pads are placed beneath them.

LATE CHECK-OUT options available at three different levels: Until 12 noon @ no charge Until 2pm @ $45_Until 6pm @ $75. * If a LATE CHECK-OUT is desired, please connect with Host, Roy, via text or call for approval, so we may confirm it will not conflict with any other guests checking in or housekeeping. Upon Host approval, you may pay for and confirm your late check-out via Guest Guide link provided and Stripe Connect (credit card transaction).
