Nice and cosy apartment near the slopes and resort center

Located in a quiet area of the resort, our 60 m² apartment is a 5-minute walk from the slopes and shops.
Designed for 4 to 8 people (5 adults and 3 children or 6 adults and 2 children), it is located on the 3rd floor of the residence.
It comprises:
- a large living room with open-plan kitchen
- a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and separate toilet
- a bedroom sleeping 3 with en-suite bathroom and separate toilet
- a south-facing balcony
- large ski locker with boot dryer
- 1 covered parking space in a secure garage

In detail:
- Large living room: 80 cm flat-screen TV, 2 single beds possible (80 x 190)
- Kitchen: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer-dryer, Nespresso machine
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (160 x 200), flat-screen TV
- Bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds (80 x 190) + 1 pull-out bed (80 x 190)
- Bathroom 1: bath, washbasin, towel dryer
- Bathroom 2: shower, washbasin, towel dryer
- 2 separate WCs
- Large ski locker with boot dryer
- Covered parking space under the residence in a secure garage

Bed linen and towels can be provided as an option.
The price is €30 per person per stay.

Outside school holidays, short stays are possible (minimum 4 nights).

The residence is quiet and, in order to maintain its tranquillity, ‘party’ stays and groups of young people (under 25) are not permitted.
