Location, location, location! 80 Wildflower Loop is a three-story home located in the Cascade Reach neighborhood of Suncadia Resort, just steps away from the pools and waterslides at the Swim and Fitness Center. Your stay here includes exclusive access to all of the resort's amenities, including fine dining at the Inn and the Lodge- both of which are within walking distance of you. Soak in picturesque views of the small, tree-lined lake and walking trails that surround your home away from home- truly a slice of mountain paradise.

Step inside this cozy home and you will find everything you need to enjoy your retreat. An open-concept design flows effortlessly from the gourmet kitchen to the living room and dining areas. Gather in the living room where a comfortable sofa with chaise frames the gas fireplace and 43-inch TV. This is the perfect setting for group game nights or low-key movie nights lit by the glow of a roaring fire.

The fully stocked kitchen offers everything needed for a delicious vacation, whether you're whipping together a quick post-pool snack or an intricate holiday feast. Stainless-steel appliances include a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with filtered water. Adjacent is a large dining table with two benches and two chairs- there is also an additional four seats at the kitchen bar.

Head out into the backyard through the double glass doors. Relax and take in wooded views from the outdoor furniture on the covered patio. Enjoy great conversation or cook the crew some burgers and dogs on the gas barbecue.

80 Wildflower Loop features 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:
• The top-floor primary bedroom has a king-size Westin Heavenly bed and private patio with stunning mountain views. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.
• The second bedroom has a king-size Westin Heavenly bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
• The bunk room is on the lower level with a full-size bunk bed and full sleeper sofa. It has attached access to the garage playroom and covered patio.
• There is a full bath with a tub-shower combination on the main floor.

Very nice property - well equipt kitchen and bathrooms (including shampoo, lotion, dishwasher soap, …), nice decor, modern appliances, two balconies with views of the lake, comfortable beds, games in the garage. You benefit from the amenities at Suncadia (spa, pool, restaurants) while getting the privacy of a private home. Felt like home!

A great space to enjoy your surroundings!

The rental process was quick and easy with no issues. The house was clean and well kept and had plenty of room for our teenagers to have their own space when needed. The house is really close to everything we wanted to do. The only issue we had was when we arrived for our check in the house was not ready until two hours after arriving.

Good location

This is a great place to stay due to proximity to the swim center and it’s brand new. Not the best place if you have little kids because it is sandwiched between two units and it’s easy for sound to travel. The neighbors left us a note in complaint. I felt like I was constantly shushing our kids the entire time which is stressful! But if you have big kids or it’s just adults, this is a great place to stay!

Great place, check in process needs work

Love the townhouse, decor, and location! Beds are comfy, mostly well stocked with necessities, great place to visit. Check in process was far from seamless. Arrived a little after 4 and they said check in is sometime between 4 and 6 (which is pretty late!). I was willing to be patient but it took multiple calls to finally get housekeeping to come to the home after 6 to get it ready for us, then despite being told I'd be texted check in info when it was ready, no one contacted me. I had to call yet again to finally get sent a text that the home was ready at about 8pm. Also, when we found we needed something (laundry soap which was not anywhere in the house) I was told the lodge would bring some, but it never showed up. So, I think management needs to work more closely with the lodges housekeeping staff to manage this properties needs. However, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay other than this and will definitely be back.
